Beachfront vacation rentals in St. John's

My husband & I stayed at this home for a week & enjoyed every moment we were there. It truly felt like home, so cozy & welcoming & the neighbourhood is lovely. And the view is more than amazing, it’s spectacular ! My husband especially loved the hot tub, which he utilized every day, sometimes twice. We also appreciated the location, as we felt it was pretty central to all of the places we wanted to visit. We can honestly say, if/when we return to St. John’s, we would, most definitely, want to stay here again ! Such an amazing place! Lots of room and an amazing view! Will definitely book again, especially in the summer time. Kids had an absolute blast there. Said it was the best weekend ever!

This is a beautiful location on the ocean with a patio overlooking the ocean and another one in the back. It is a very nice home, very well kept and very clean and containing absolutely everything you could possibly need. A really comfortable place to use as a base for touring Conception Bay as well as Trinity Bay. There is a great walking trail right outside your door and plenty of local attractions close by. I cannot find a superlative that suits the host. He is the best..... funny, helpful welcoming and dedicated to his customers. A genuinely hospitable Newfoundlander. I am definitely going back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was super cute and cozy. The location was absolutely stunning with amazing views that made it hard to leave. Our hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You can really tell they care about their guests. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend in Cupids! The house was much bigger than we had anticipated and had every possible amenity we could need. The hot tub was a nice bonus - especially after a full day hitting the local trails. Carly was very responsive and her little special touches were greatly appreciated!

Amazing host! Made sure we had eveything we could even need and checked up on us once to give us extra paper towels. He’s amazing. His spot is gorgeous n totally worth the weekend getaway:)

We had a great stay again! The perfect place for a weekend getaway to relax and recharge. Dawn and Zach were excellent hosts and I’ve recommended them and this place to friends! Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful and charming house, renovated to keep many of the original features of the houae such as the old wooden doors. Very clean and close to amenities. The back garden with BBQ, hot tub and firepit makes this a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

Stayed at Anastasia's loft while visiting the area for a dog show. When I say the host was welcoming, it is an understatement. Anastasia and Francois were amazing hosts. We felt right at home the moment we checked in. The loft was beautiful. Very private and the view was amazing. We even took advantage of the steps going down to the water to take some photos of our dog. Thank you for the most wonderful stay. I would 100% recommend this airbnb to anyone.

Daniels place was amazing, he provided lots of extras that made the stay great. He was very helpful and great at communication. highly recommend

Excellent location and a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck which has a propane fire pit and bbq.The BnB was very clean and well stocked it has everything you'll ever need for your stay.Carolann is very quick to respond if you have any questions about restaurants, places to see etc. We stayed a week and had no issues, I'd give it a 10 star!!!

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful location and accommodation. Loved the bonfire pit. Very comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Anne’s place is first class all around. A very comfortable home in a quiet community with great views all the amenities are of a quality nature and the place is very well fitted out. Lovely welcome goodies and essentials. Beds are comfy, the appliances are high quality - good bbq!

Beautiful place to say, right on the water. Close to St Johns but a much nicer than anywhere I saw in town. It was about 20 minutes or so to Quidi Vidi with a few restaurant options nearby for causal fare like Fish and Chips. We enjoyed watching the ferry from the deck. Accommodated our toddler very nicely and even had a gate at the top of the stairs. The spiral stairs were quite perilous so still needed to keep a close eye if she wanted to go up. These could be tricky for someone older, but you can always go around the outside of the house.

Perfect spot for our family to hangout between games during our Provincial tournament. Would definitely stay again!

Deb's place was perfect for myself, my nephew and a couple of his team mates. Plenty of space and I was able to separate myself and have my own private living space away from the teens, the den was an extra bonus! Very clean and centrally located to all main amenities.

This little cottage in the Outer Battery was phenomenal! It had all the amenities and was a cozy place to stay for short or long term. We were there for 6 days and it was great. The AirBnb is a 25-30min to heart of downtown St Johns and only a 15min drive to the airport. We also recommend checking out the Battery Cafe that is a 5min walk from the cottage. Highly recommended AirBnb for those who want to stay close to St. John’s but still wish to enjoy the quiet-side of the city. The north head trail that leads to Signal Hill is just right outside the door of the cottage as well!

Our stay at the Sea Suite was beyond even what we expected based on the photos. The suite itself is stunning and absolutely pristine with every item you could possibly need. The decor and finishes were perfection with fresh sheets and very comfortable beds, excellent lighting options and outdoor seating to take in the view. Mary was so kind and welcoming, even leaving a personalized welcome card and chilled drinks in the fridge. This place is a special find and we will absolutely be returning as soon as we can. An amazing location to host 12 family members attending a wedding locally! The house met all of our expectations in a beautiful location with lots of room. Very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen to cook up a huge Newfie style breakfast post wedding shenanigans😉 The hosts were friendly, kind and easy to communicate with! Would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to be back in the future: )

Dora’s place is a must stay simply for the view and surroundings. Watching the sunrise/sunset and the moon sparkling over the water is breathtaking. Bonus feature… you can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves rolling on the beach. Ingrid and Andrew were the best hosts and went above and beyond to be helpful. We throughly enjoyed their company and the many stories they had to tell, especially about the history of Dora’s Place. Do yourself a favour and book so you can soak up one of the best views around.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!!! The house was perfect! Sharon has thought of everything! Her home is immaculate, peaceful, beautifully decorated. The beds were perfect. The linen was exceptional. The perfect home for a family or for friends and in the most magical location. We even got to chat to a couple of neighbours who were wonderful Randy being one of them. We watched the harbour traffic from the living room each am and pm. Trails accessible, cafe close by and we were able to walk everywhere. Thank you, Sharon for being such a great communicator! I cannot wait to return!

Stunning! What a beautiful place inside and out! Peaceful view of the water from the back patio. Decorations inside were beautiful - modern and clean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Will definitely book here again!
