It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with attached shower bathroom and kitchenette. The two twin beds are comfortable and can be separate or pushed together by request. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.
