Vacation rentals with beach access in St. Catherine Parish

Impeccable place. Beach is not worth for beachcomber given the roughness of the season at times and the debris, no fault of host. Other issues already addressed with host.

AMAZING place and host, the experience was above my expectations. The apartment was super clean, and the aesthetics gave it a homey feeling. Renaissance at The View is home away from home, it's comfortable, relaxing and Cadella's keen attention to detail is meticulous. Prior to arrival, detail instructions were provided for a self-check-in, the apartment is centrally located to Kingston Norman Manley airport and lots of eateries nearby. Adequate parking is available in a safe gated community with resort like amenities. Upon arrival, expect to be greeted with an array of welcome treats and beverages which adds a personal touch. Thank you Cadella for making my stay a good one. Looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing room. Staff were friendly and it’s very safe . Has security at the gate . Owner of unit was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a great place for a couple or someone traveling solo. Very clean and room was on the 10th floor . Very nice view . I highly recommend this place .

This listing was very nice! Loved the area it was very quiet and secluded but not lonely. Loved the seating area in the front of the house, After you go through the front door. It was my favorite part of the house. I felt right at home and comfortable. Definitely will book again if I have the opportunity to!

Andre was great at communicating from the very beginning. He made the experience comfortable and the step by step very easy . He was a great host and I’m happy to book with him again ! The place was clean and comfortable. Great location close to basically everything!

I like Natasha enery, her smile and her great communication skills. She always checking just to make sure you feel at home. If something is outta line she’s quick to respond after that one miss call. Second time staying with Rosie in 2 different units and both experiences were exceptional, it felt like home, Rosie was always available when I reached out as my flight was delayed so I had to make some adjustments she was flexible and understanding, called and checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable, super friendly like a family member, very jovial we were laughing as if we knew each other for years, property has 24/7 security, ocean view and pool, very clean lobby and elevators and quiet. Will be staying again.

During my stay, everything was exceptional, with just a few minor issues that were resolved right away. I advocate for patience and engaging in dialogue with the proprietor. As previously stated, my experience was exceedingly remarkable. The unit was impeccably clean, equipped with all necessary amenities for our comfort. Communication with the property owner was clear, amicable, and effortless. This is a gated community, and we encountered several delays late at night while entering due to the security personnel being asleep. Aside from that, the community is relatively safe, and individuals appear to attend to their own affairs. No other issue so far.

The Irie Suite was a home from home, it has everything for you to have a very comfortable stay. The house is very spacious and had the option to use either the air conditioning units or the also very powerful standing fans which were remote controlled and the had the function of being able to be put on a timer. The shower was powerful and the bonus of hot water was a refreshing start and end to each day. All the amenities stated were available and when I couldn't find the dustpan, Moreen replied immediately as to where to find it. Moreen was an amazing host and has a home which is amazing value and extremely cosy to stay at. I would highly recommend the Irie Suite to family and friends and would definitely stay again.

Latoya place is exceptional,it’s home away from home I will definitely stay there again whenever I return .The atmosphere is amazing

His home is just a stone’s throw away from Hellshire Beach in Portmore, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and the best seafood I have ever tasted. The space was spotless, well-prepared, and exactly as described. If you’re looking for a host who truly cares about his guests, Renaldo is the one! I’d absolutely stay again—highly recommend!! I would go back to Jamaica because of this place. Love it

Honestly, it’s a great place. I would suggest getting a rental car. It’s not too far from fast food, but because it’s an area that they’re newly building and there’s nothing in walking distance. Hellshire beach is like 25 mins away. And the area is so quite peaceful and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

"Great stay and an even better host!" We had a really comfortable stay at Owen’s place. There was a small mishap at the beginning, but Owen handled it quickly and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed, which was really appreciated. The space was just as described, and his hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here!

We booked this trip as a mini vacation for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed, a cozy, peaceful place to just slow down and relax. It was very quiet; had I not seen other persons around the property, I would’ve been convinced that we were the only ones there. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained, staff was courteous. The room is very beautiful in the evenings when the sun is setting, and if you open the window, you can hear the ocean washing against the shore, which was very calming. The only drawback was that we were expecting the building to be situated by an actual beach; it wasn’t much of a beach, seemed mostly like it was just for fishing, but you can still go wet your feet in the shallow parts and walk on the sand (this has nothing to do with the host and didn’t impact my stay very much, it’s just how I interpreted the pictures on the listing page). The pool was always available though, up till 8pm. All in all, we had a good time.

This is my second stay at Kimberly's apartment for a quick getaway. Again, the space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. Kimberly's communication was exceptional - she was prompt and efficient whenever I reached out to her. I intend to return and have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

Denise's air b n b looked exactly liked the pictures. Felt very safe there as it's a gated community. The view from the room was spectacular. Denise is warm and loving. I felt like I was staying at a family friends home. I had a small query and messaged Denise and someone arrived at my door within 30 mins. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a home away from home in Jamaica, and this will definitely be my go to place to stay when I am back on the island.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. Check-in was incredibly smooth—the host provided clear instructions ahead of time, and I was able to access the property without any issues, even though I arrived late in the evening. One of the highlights of the stay was how responsive and attentive the host was. I had a minor issue with the toilet, and they responded within minutes and had it resolved the following day. It really made me feel well taken care of. The location was also super convenient. There were several great restaurants and a large supermarket within a 5–7 minute drive, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials. Plus, being just a few minutes from the highway made getting around the city and to nearby attractions a breeze. Overall, the place was comfortable, well-located, and supported by excellent hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying here. Will definitely be coming back!! My go to spot when I'm in Jamaica. You won't be disappointed.
