Condo vacation rentals in St. Ann Parish

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! Everything was exactly like we hoped for. We stayed the weekend in Ocho Rios for a friend’s wedding, and everywhere we needed to be was no more than a 10 min taxi ride from the condo. The views from the balcony was my favorite thing about the condo. I loved opening up the doors every morning and feeling the ocean breeze come through. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We loved being a short walk to mahogany beach next door. The host (Maxine) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway.

Although it was very short, my stay was very comfortable. The property is in a safe, well maintained community, and has all the right amenities for a short or long term stay. Miriam was accommodating of my requests, and always responsive. Thanks again!

This place is beautiful. Immediately felt at home. It’s suitable for a couple or family alike. Tastefully decorated, the bed in the master bedroom was a dream and I really appreciated the spotless linens and towels. Extra points for the separate pool towels and for air conditioning in the second bedroom also. Always a good sign when you choose to stay an extra night at a place. Dahlia’s place is conveniently located close to the Fern Court pool which was great for cooling down. I will definitely stay at this place again and I’ve already recommended it to several people. Dahlia was kind, responsive and felt trustworthy, and she went out of her way to help me book the extra night. Thank you!

We had booked another place and it was horrible. So we booked Simone’s place last minute and it was effortless, easy access, the air conditioned work, place was clean, and walkable to so many different things. I will be staying here when I come again. We absolutely loved it, loved the decor. ❤️❤️

Susanna’s place was exceptionally clean and located in a truly beautiful area. It was very peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing stay. She was very communicative and helpful when an unexpected issue came up, which I really appreciated. Her responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment!The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was especially accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out so we could enjoy our excursions without feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jamaica!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Dave and Cindy created a very welcoming atmosphere for us....we were able to explore the property and enjoy the greenery. The property is also located close to the town which is a plus for visitors. ...We will definitely stay there again!

Marlene was wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful inside and out and big! The view alone will make you want to stay forever! It is peaceful, private and quiet, like home away from home.. but better, and kid friendly! Price is reasonable for sure! Its alot of good for the price! I will 100% be back!

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous gated community. Walkable to restaurants, beach, shopping, grocery store and nightlife! Very quiet, many pools to swim in, and breathtaking views of Ocho Rios. The grounds are well kept- full of flowers, plants and trees. Karen was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. This is the perfect place to stay if you coming to Ocho Rios!

I had a great stay with Joel! The place was just as pictured. Everything worked perfectly, the surroundings were amazing. I will definitely be visiting again! Host was very responsive no matter the time we reached out! Keep up the good work Joel and Anna!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. Sharaine’s place was nothing short of amazing !!!! As a solo traveler I was a bit skeptical, but everything went well! I am very picky,and always like things neat and tidy. This was definitely it! BEAUTIFUL,BEAUTIFUL VIEWS… I couldn’t leave the Balcony!!!!! Only a little downside, it’s a bit warm downstairs if you’re cooking… maybe install an AC or a better fan? However, once the doors are open it will feel better. Nice , peaceful , and breathtaking. Lord knows I didn’t want to leave ! I’ll be back! It’s bye(FOR NOW) 😄

Great location in Ocho Rios with private cove a few steps away from the Airbnb for swimming and a pool as well. Quiet surroundings and the ultimate relaxation. I would definitely come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was cozy, well-appointed and very clean. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants, bars and attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Ricky was friendly and responsive. He also accommodated my request for an early check-in which I really appreciated. This is the perfect place to stay when in Ocho Rios. Highly recommended!

I was so happy with my stay, it was not the first time I stayed at SandCastle, but my stay with Kimberly was amazing! The studio was super functional and surprisingly spacious. Really great location, I was able to walk to entertainment and shops, as well as grocery stores. There are also lots of taxi's in the area if you need a ride. I appreciate that everything was as described so there were no unhappy surprises. I would definitely stay here again!
