Highly recommended staying here, Great hosts, very helpful. Approximately a 15 minute Uber from split centre. Shops close by which have everything you need. The apartment was lovely, pool was great and always clean, it is shared with another apartment but all guests are friendly and we even made a couple friends.

We came to stay at Franos place for a week as we were getting married nearby. He was a great host and made the week great for us! Would recommend staying here :)

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

We loved our stay with Andrey & Nive. They are such thoughtful and kind hosts and nothing seems too much trouble. We had a late flight so they kindly prepared us some food on arrival. Additionally they cooked us a tradition meal one night and their daughter also baked a cake - all were delicious. The place was clean and well stocked. It was an ideal location if you want something relaxing but is a short drive to Split. We had such a relaxing, peaceful stay and loved our time there. We could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend Nive and Andrey's place, you will not be left disappointed. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

We were a family of 10 people who had a great stay at the house. Everything was up to expectations and the host was really turned on and accommodating. In mid-May there were very little people and activities in the area, and all of the kiosks and bars along the beach were closed (except for the shooko and the neighbor). It was a bit too far to walk to the store to shop for goods and a bit far to walk to Omis. Would think there is more activity and possibilities in high season:) Otherwise, great house we had a great time in.

Wow what a find. Mirko is the best host, always attentive, there to answer any questions and help if you need it. The villa is equipped with everything you need, kids loved the computer, pool table and darts they also had a great time in the pool they were never bored. Mirko was on hand if we needed anything he was kind to lend us the electric cars for a couple of days but also gave us a number for a taxi (Damir) to use on other days we ventured out. He helped us out one night on ordering a takeaway while the restaurants in Gata were closed (it was Sunday) nothing is too much trouble. He took us to the supermarket and showed us round and gave us ideas on what to explore. We had cake and delicious pancakes made for us and he made sure we had lots of goodies in the villa when we first arrived. He is the best and we will definitely be going back.

We were very warmly welcomed by Anna, who is an exceptionally kind and friendly host. Throughout our stay, she showed us many thoughtful gestures, and we are truly grateful for that. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, and the real highlight is the outdoor area — the garden is beautifully arranged and features an outdoor kitchen and a jacuzzi. A system is in place to allow for private use of the jacuzzi when in use. The accommodation was spotlessly clean upon our arrival.

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

The apartment was spotless and communication before and during our stay excellent. The morning coffee and evening drink on the balcony overlooking the town and port was lovely. As we arrived earlier than check in it was nice being told to come and drop bags and sit by the pool. As it turned out the room was ready which was great. On our last day we were again offered the opportunity to check out late as our ferry was until the afternoon. Highly recommended

We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful, small apartment and felt very comfortable. Definitely worth highlighting is the great large terrace overlooking the Mall of Split. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a small bakery and a pizzeria. A school and a church are also neighbors. 😉 The bus stop to go to Split, for example, is within walking distance - so all in all a clear recommendation. Bozana is very caring, helpful and responds immediately. Thanks again to the father, who provided us with grapes, among other things 😀

Helena and her husband were so friendly and helpful. Great recommendations and even helped us find parking/get the bags up the stairs. Amazing balcony with fantastic views. We didn't want to leave the apartment when we first got there because the balcony views were so good. Right on the water, you get to see the mega yachts come in. Super walkable but far enough away from the busiest strip to be peaceful. Huge kitchen/dining room space.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. Everything was super. The apartment had everything you need, nice balcony, quiet location and walking distance to everything. Helena was very kind and helpful.

Enjoy your stay at Katarina's. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. The apartment is beautiful: very clean, new, perfectly equipped. It is ideally located: close to the city and beaches, everything is within walking distance. We hope to return and spend more time there!

I felt so comfortable in Mirka's beautiful apartment. It was just a pleasure to live right on the water with such a fantastic view. In addition, amenities, communication and cleanliness were great - I'd come back anytime and thank you to Mirka.

Great location for some peace and quiet. but still close enough to the main town, 15-20 min Uber drive. All the facilities were as described, we enjoyed the pool and the views at night overlooking the city were amazing. Stipe was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for a large group. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is plenty to do and see nearby. To get to the house, a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement, so we were glad that we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was amazing, Antea was extremely helpful and always responded to our messages. The location is beautiful and me and the girls absolutely loved the pool and the pool house. And the fact that there is a supermarket across the street is a great plus! This accommodation is outstanding and I would recommend everyone to check it out!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Lovely property and facilities just as described. Frane was very helpful with clear instructions. Such a relaxing location and a very short stroll to the sea. We particularly liked the town of Omis which is a 10 minute drive away with beautiful scenery, restaurants, shops and activities like boat hire, rafting and quad bike rental at very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very kind and gave us a meat and cheese board whilst we were by the pool. We also had a lovely goody bag waiting for us when we departed. Simply perfect and I would not hesitate to return. Many thanks

Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment

Amazing deal for the money, great place to stay with a pool as well! One thing to note is you will need to get cabs everywhere as split central is too far to walk, this isn’t really an issue tho as Bolt out here is very active and cheap. Great place to stay with just enough space and clean ammeneties, couldn’t recommend more for the price!
