Converted and newly renovated smithy in limestone located by the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farm building where you have two own secluded patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in the extension with separate entrance.

The apartment has previously served both as a master's residence and a leisure home when the school was in use. The schoolhouse also houses art studios and salsa libraries. On the upper floor there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own private entrance and toilet, but a shower is shared with another tenant.

The "Annex" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the large chestnut with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.

In the small cabin of Julia we spent few winter days. Julia was always helpful in any question at the beginning. After warming up at the begin there were nice cosy inside, even during very windy and cold weather. The place is good equipped, with needed kitchen utensils. The bed and bedroom was very comfortable. Take care, the water here is not very tasty, so you need to refill a small tank at ICA - no problem with a car.

Large glass doors provide natural light and a view of the outdoor landscape. A staircase is visible, featuring sleek black railings. A cozy chair is positioned nearby, with a minimalist blanket draped over it. White curtains gently frame the glass doors.

We were in Mija's house with 8 adults and 2 small children. We felt totally comfortable. Next to the house, the terraces were also comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great. And we could also manage with one bathroom. A great vacation week. In addition to the house, Gotland is definitely worth a trip.
