Fabulous Private Potomac Waterfront Retreat

This is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful setting along the Potomac River. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our morning coffee or in the evening, watching the sun set or the deer along the river. Those views were also available in the spacious living room facing the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which we always appreciate when cooking meals in and the beds and linens were nice and comfortable. There were games available in the closet and my adult kids enjoyed setting up and playing badminton on the back lawn. Sylvia was a wonderful host that communicated clearly and was very helpful. We will look forward to coming back some time in the future.

Absolutely the best Airbnb hosts!! Very responsive and helpful! Beautiful home exactly as described. Safe and walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. I'd definitely recommend and would stay here on my next trip to Alexandria.

We loved our stay. It was spotless, safe, and so comfortable. It was just beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night with my kindle and a glass of wine. It is also super convenient to our children and grandchildren. We definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

Penny is the best hostess we have had in over 10 years of AirBnB experiences. She was thoughtful, flexible, extremely responsive, and eager to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her property is is a perfect location, a quiet, clean, low-key neighborhood minutes away from abundant shopping a short commute to Washington DC. Her property is a GREAT value - and you will never find a better hostess.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home! Our stay in Silver Spring, MD, was absolutely amazing! The house was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed and more. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy and comfortable bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make our stay enjoyable. Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Will's place is in a great location for exploring the city. There is a bus stop right outside of the apartment that made it easy to hop on and take the bus to all of the city's major landmarks. The apartment is well-appointed and exactly as described. Walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. Will was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!.

Exceptional hosts + Exceptional house = exceptional vacation! We had the great good fortune to spend several nights in Brad and Erin's home. Wow! It was well beyond our expectations. Very nicely done home. Extremely clean and high quality linens. Really nicely decorated with interesting books and a well equipped kitchen. Great location with a fabulous coffee shop straight behind the house from the kitchen door. The house did not have parking, which was mistakenly advertised when we booked. Otherwise a really excellent high quality/beautiful stay.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.
