Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! Please note you will have to utilize the exterior stairs and interior stairs to access the suite. Pets are welcome! Please let us know if your furry friend will be coming with you so that we can prepare for their arrival. This lower level walkout suite, is 1500 sq ft. Completely furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Bright and sunny suite with private entrance. One comfy queen bed in separate bedroom. Barbeque outside along with picnic table. Definitely no smoking, drugs or parties. Owners live on main floor, you have own private entrance, at walkout. Lots of parking. No pets allowed. We are 10 min drive to town of Stony Plain.

A perfect getaway spot to soak up the outdoors, while still being close to all the amenities. Nearby is The University of Alberta Botanic Garden, river access for swimming and fishing in Devon, and only 25 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall.
