Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached via the stairs or the elevator from the first floor or the underground car park.

You'll find free parking on the road, just 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the center of Varenna. It is strategically located: from the windows we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around on your own.
