This is by far the best place we have styed in. Eros was very welcoming and helpful and place was gorgeous and so clean. The view is fantastic and well equipped with everything. We will definitely come back and we really appreciate all the tips and help we got from the hosts. Overall fantastic experience, you will definitely be impressed.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Perfect stay! Daniele was a very kind and always helpful host, he welcomed us with great cordiality and made us feel immediately at ease. The house is exactly as shown in the photos – indeed, even better! Spacious, very clean, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. You can see that it is kept with love and attention. We also really appreciated the tranquility of the area and the ease of parking. We will definitely be back and recommend the stay to anyone looking for impeccable accommodation!

Perfect location, especially if you are using the bus from Spulgen Dorf. Also,sleeping with the windows and hearing the cow bells was VERY relaxing.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming — they really made us feel at home. The room was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed with our 3-year-old child, and it was perfect for a family. There was a bed, a room, and even toys prepared just for our child, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Very responsive hosts and very helpful with recommendations and even met us from the bus stop to show us to the apartment and helped carry my heavy rucksack! Even after check out Alessandro helped us get a taxi after a struggle with public transport back to the train station. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and had amazing views of the lake, could not fault it. Fabulous restaurants nearby and the lovely Palo at the mini market was so friendly and had amazing meats & cheeses on offer. Would absolutely love to visit again :) thanks both!

Beautiful Andeer is the perfect location to stay for a bouldering trip to nearby Magic Wood. Erika's apartment was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The flexible check in was easy and Erika was also very responsive. Overall great value! Thanks Erika!

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Nice quiet place with magnificent views from terrace. It has exceeded our expectations. Location is ideal: the house is located right in the mountains so that you can enjoy the views and hikes nearby, and yet it's only 15 minutes to Chur where you can find wide variety of restaurants and shops. Manfred is very friendly host, he always responded to our questions in a short time and gave clear instructions.

Wonderful house, recently renovated and cared for in every detail (in the kitchen there is just about everything). The owners also left us something for breakfast and dinner, much appreciated

We had wonderful two nights in this accommodation. The apartment is pretty small, but so cosy, adorable and it had everything we needed. The bed comes out of the wall (kind of), but it was very, very comfortable. Claudio was responding quickly and even with our 2 hour delay for check-in because of traffic, he was very understanding and waited for us. He welcomed us into the apartment and explained everything. We even received cookies as a present. Absolutely unbelievable surrounding. Heaven on Earth. I definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Claudio.

Great location for bouldering in Magic wood

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

We had a great stay in Urs beautiful & pristine, modern apartment! Very comfortable with everything you need. The recommendations and helpful info that were shared ahead were much appreciated, we really enjoyed our lunch by the lake and the journey with the taxi went smoothly. Great location very spacious with beautiful view of surrounding Alps. Easy access with clear instructions and signs to get to the Unit. Comfortable Bed with power retractable shades over 4 Skylights (2 in the Bedroom, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen). Peter was friendly and very quick to respond to a couple very minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed all the time we were in the Unit or on the balcony. The awkwardness of the business setting was totally not ever a concern once you enter the Unit you feel like your at home. Very clean and perfect location for lots of places to visit. Every time we arrived back from our day out total quiet as all the workers were gone home. One of my favorite times was waking up in the middle of the night and feeling like I was outside looking thru the Skylights at the stars. Amazing great Unit and would definitely stay again if in the area.
