Fabulous location and property which exceeded expectations from the listing. Mdina is a great base for exploring Malta and a haven of cool calm to return to at night.

It is unlikely you will stay anywhere else like this, it is very special. The description and photos are totally accurate. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The terrace would have been a lovely place to spend time if the weather had been kinder! Nat responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The directions provided made it very easy to find and the key was in the safe. You have to park outside of the old city (part of the charm is virtually no vehicles) but we had no problem parking. Very happy to recommend Nat's house.

Fantastic stay at Jaime’s place, couldn’t have wished for a better location! Right in the heart of Rabat with lovely bars and restaurants, churches, history and Mdina all within walking distance, 3 minutes walk from the bus station, route 52 will take you into Valletta and is a 30 minute bus ride, the views from both the bedroom window and the roof terrace were beautiful. Even used the local barbers a couple of doors up 👍 Jaime’s place has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including all that you need for self catering and the fires in every room were much appreciated once the sun went down. Easy check in and Jaime was on hand to answer any questions that we had during our stay, all in all if you are thinking of booking then don’t hesitate!

We loved staying at this villa, the photos don't do it justice. The home feels like a riad with it's courtyard structure, letting in lots of light. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is just the right size, and there is sun all day on the terrace. The local area is calm and peaceful, and well-located for Golden Bay, St Paul's Bay, Mdina, or trips to Gozo. Bolts were available in minutes, and there is a little shop nearby if you need anything urgent. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the design of the place, with the little interior yard and the „greenhouse“. Would be great for two couples as well (we only used the upstairs bed, but in summer, the downstairs one must be so nice and cool). Walking distance to some cafés for breakfast in the center of Rabat and an easy walk to Mdina as well, which was wonderful as it allowed us to start our visit early before the crowds arrived. Always found a parking space for our rental car, if not directly around the corner, down on the main street, which was also just a short walk away. Pretty central location on the island allowed us to get anywhere within half an hour more or less. Very good value for money I would say, thanks to the hosts and in case we come back to Malta we would love to stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 days and we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is big and very nicely decorated and is situated in a quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped - and there is everything you need for making a nice dinner if you do not go out and enjoy the good food in some of the restaurants around the corner. Mary was super nice and we felt very welcome - everything went smooth - and we got lots of good information from her. I can only recommend this place :)

We had a great week at Joanna's place very well located, very clean and where we lacked nothing in this peaceful setting around the pool.

Good place to stay fir a few days. The flat is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. Close to the center and ferry. Just one minus it’s neighbors birds witch wake you up at 7AM every morning

Beautiful and quiet accommodation with all comforts. Adrian was very punctual and available for our requests. Recommended for a nice relaxing vacation in beautiful Malta.

Fantastic apartment in terms of space. Everything is provided. From the large terrace you have a nice view of Valetta. Close by are good bus connections and you can take the fast ferry to old Valetta. In the area are nice restaurants and great shops. You won't be short of anything here. We had a fabulous holiday.

Very clean, spacious home. Anton is a very responsive and helpful host who was always available. The home is beautiful and one of a kind, with many amenities. We stayed here with 5 adults and three infants and had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property, and Anton, without hesitation to other guests.

You honestly can’t fault this place, or Andy as a host. It is a beautiful villa and whilst it looks just like the photos - they don’t do it justice. The house is spacious and to such a high standard in spec and cleanliness. Andy was always on the other end messages if we needed to ask for recommendations and even dropped by twice to stock up on items which we didn’t have. He is a super friendly, warm and welcoming and makes you feel like the place is your home for the week. The pool is simply stunning and we loved seeing the sunrise in the morning, across the farmlands at the back. Also we didn’t use the roof top but there are panoramic views up there and it just emphasises how beautiful and peaceful this place is. Just some advice. Buy coffee. I mistook the coffee machine as thinking we had coffee there, however bolt food app made sure we got this really quickly the next morning anyway. Thanks so much Andy - you were amazing! A perfect place to stay in peace and quiet with friends. The house is really big and perfect for large groups. The location is peaceful and the view of nature is just fabulous. I can't recommend it highly enough and would definitely come back again!

If you're planning a stop in Gozo during your Malta adventure, you've made an excellent choice. Nestled just steps from all amenities and outstanding restaurants, Craig and Andrea's house is the perfect base for your stay. The island begs to be explored: rent a car and discover its picturesque landscapes and fascinating prehistoric remains at your own pace. As the sun sets, the house becomes a warm gathering place where family and friends can share stories and savor meals around the spacious dining table. Should you need anything during your stay, the friendly Rita is readily available to help, and Craig remains consistently responsive via email to address any questions or concerns. While we visited in winter to escape the mainland's cold temperatures, do pack a few sweaters for the evening chill (and keep some coins handy for the heating system). A notable advantage over other Maltese accommodations is the ample hot water supply, which easily meets the needs of all guests.

Wonderful place. Felt right at home. The kitchen is FULLY equiped. The indoor pool is amazing. The outdoor area is also great. We did not get to use it much as it was cold ! Arnold is a great host. Very responsive. We had a lovely start to the New Year ❤️ Thank you.

This is an absolutely stunning house on a side street of a beautiful village. The house is large and beautifully renovated. The village is gorgeous, with a church and a little shop and several restaurants. The host was attentive and helpful and gave us a really warm welcome and orientation of the house. The swimming pool is an absolute bonus and the kids loved splashing around for hours. The kitchen was well stocked and a delight to cook in. There appeared to be some damp / mould on the internal stone slabs of the house - we think this was just the age of the property and nature of the stone. We reported it to the host who said he’d look into it. The house smelt slightly of mould - we kept it aired. The pool was spotless and well maintained but we wonder if it might benefit from a cover as there were some leaves and some bees were struggling to break free from the surface of the water and drowned sadly when we were out. Overall an absolute treat of a house! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at Cathy's Villa Rosso Gozo the last week of September. We were three couples with three children, including a baby and toddler and the villa was spacious and comfortable to accommodate all, nice communal spaces for hanging out together and also private terraces from the bedrooms to retreat to for quietness or privacy. Cathy was an exceptional host, guiding us to some highlights of the area and recommended nice places to go for eating. The villa was well stocked with shower gels and shampoos which we greatly appreciated, and the kitchen & BBQ area was very well equiped. The pool table was a nice novelty for our 9 year old . Unfortunately a problem arose with the jacuzzi when we were there but this did not impact our stay in any way, Cathy very kindly offered a spa visit for all of us at a nearby 5 star hotel which the ladies in the group especially appreciated. I would definitely recommend this villa for those travelling in groups or large families, it was 🤩.
