Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

We rent 85sqm apartment in the beautiful and quiet village of Nebida (CI). The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with table to dine or have lunch outdoors with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at hand. The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5 minutes away.

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered and researched over time so that you can enjoy total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.
