Vacation rentals in Spathies Beach

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

We were greeted with extreme hospitality by Angeliki and Blerim. Blerim warmly welcomed us and, with his excellent Italian, explained every detail of the house, offering to help us with any need or problem. The house is simply beautiful. The veranda, with its table where we had breakfast in the morning and relaxed in the late afternoon with a drink, was the most beautiful postcard of our vacation. Silence, nature, and a breathtaking view of Diaporos Island. Thank you very much, Blerim and Angeliki, we hope to see you again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was beautifully kept, spotless, and had everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and full of charm—clearly put together with care and attention. The garden leading right onto the beach felt like a dream. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, kind, and helpful. When we mentioned we were a bit cold, extra blankets were brought the very next day. The layout worked really well for two families, even with some separation between spaces. The location is ideal—secluded enough to feel peaceful, yet still close to everything. Traveling with toddlers can be tricky, especially when it comes to safety, but this home was just right. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout. We’re truly grateful for the experience and hope to return one day.

We had an amazing stay at Konstantinos' place! From the moment we arrived, Konstantinos greeted us warmly, showing us around and offering great recommendations for the area. His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—brand new, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to stay at Konstantinos’ place again!

Dear Xristoforos welcomed us, offered coffee, a very warm host. Experienced, well-intentioned and strong in communication. He made it easy for us to have a peaceful stay. We loved it. Our 3-year-old daughter had a lot of fun in the garden. The house was very clean, with a view, and the garden was very beautiful. There's a cat and a stray dog, but they're both calm, harmless animals. There's no parking problem. The bread cart comes at 9 in the morning. It would be good to shop at the supermarket in the center, there is a little distance, this is already stated in the description. There's a barbecue in the garden. The road passes in front of the house, but there's no disturbing noise at night. It was very nice to come across a herd of goats grazing on the road in front of the house, with bells around their necks and shepherds on their heads. Sithonia is a large area, Kriston's house is really suitable for exploring the area. We couldn't finish visiting Sithonia, so we'll come back here:) We will also recommend Elena's Sunset Garden House to our relatives:) Thanks again for everything Kristo.

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

Its a unique experience! Just alone on and island and you don't need anything else.
