Vacation rentals with a patio in Spanish Wells

Great value, private and comfortable right behind the evolving Romara Bay property. We really enjoyed ourselves! Studio suite was clean and the bed was comfy! We were very lucky to meet Tim the owner, who was a highlight!

We had a wonderful time at Marvin & Michael ‘s place.They are so warm hearted and let us to check out whenever we wanted to.The bathroom is new and clean and they prepared beach towels for us.Spanish wells is spectacular,we will definitely come back here again!

The stay at Conch Crawl was just what we needed and at a great value for the price. It was a short walk down the street to one of the best and least populated beaches on the island. It is a short cart ride from one of the few larger restaurants and just around the corner from the bridge to Spanish Wells island. The location was very convenient but also very quiet being it was on Russel island. We would recommend this place very much. The full kitchen came in handy as we cooked a few meals at home during our stay. The cupboards are not full of equipment for a large party but had everything we needed. The communication from Jaime was great and we would be happy to stay with them again. This was our 3rd stay on Spanish Wells/ Russel island amd it was excellent.

Sam has been the best host out of all the vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in! First off, the house is beautiful, clean and so comfortable- pictures don’t do it justice! Great location and convenient to everything on the island. What sets Sam apart is that she makes everything so EASY. She had a golf cart waiting for us at the rental and greeted us in the friendliest manner. We were able to text her and she was all ways so prompt and helpful. We ended up extending our trip by a few days because of how much we enjoyed The Secret and the hospitality of the island. We will definitely be back and highly recommend any of Sam’s properties! Thank you to Sam for such a wonderful first impression of Harbour Island!

Nice, very clean apartment. We immediately felt at home. Our host Thea was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the early check in on our day of arrival and the snack basket was a nice touch since not much was open on Sunday when we arrived. The pink sand beach was a short walk away and one of the best restaurants on the island, Acquapazza, is across the street. But I would definitely recommend a golf cart for transportation while on the island. We appreciated the complimentary transportation to and from the ferry dock from Thea’s dad. Definitely above and beyond. The only issue was that there were several times that the power on the island went out. But the outages only lasted a few minutes and we were generally not inconvenienced. Apparently the grid becomes overwhelmed at times during the summer months. But those issues were outside of the hosts control. When the outages did occur, our host was in communication with the power company and us. Overall, a lovely stay!

Beautiful New, Clean, and Well-appointed house! We enjoyed it so much we plan to adopt the house layout for our retirement home. Sitting on the screened porch for morning coffee or gazing at the night stars listening to the ocean waves in the distance was idyllic.

Had a lovely time at this spotless newly renovated house. Everything in the house works perfectly. Especially enjoyed the view of the Caribbean from the front porch.

Kissafish played a HUGE role for us in experiencing the charm and beauty of Spanish Wells and the Bahamas. The house was absolutely perfect (there were 4 of us - 2 couples), especially the wide open kitchen/living space that provided exceptional views of the dunes, and beyond to the crazy assortment of greens, blues and tans of the ocean. The deck also provided fabulous views of the seascape, but it set the stage for viewing the night sky and glorious sunrises. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable; bathrooms clean and tidy. Down at the end of a dead end street, Kissafish was a peaceful retreat, but still close enough for easy access to the Food Fair and other island shops. Communication with the owner and property manager were excellent; they were very quick in responding to all our questions. We’re hoping a stay at Kissafish becomes an annual event.

We really enjoyed our time at Siren Song as we celebrated our friends getting married at the Other Side Hotel. We chose this place based on its proximity to the resort (walkable during low tide) but ended up so happy with the space. The beach access is perfect, we often felt like it was a private beach just for our party. We watched plenty of sea turtles, birds, and rays. We took the paddle boards out every morning and cooked several meals at home. We were greeted every time we returned by two sweet kitties who even followed us down to the beach. We were a very short drive to lots of beautiful sights - twin sisters beach and queens bath were our favorites. The area was buggy but Dani provided bug spray with the home. Lots of clean towels and we enjoyed some puzzles during down time. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We all agreed we had it much better than the folks paying a lot more down at the resort!

Perfect! Cobalt Cottage was everything and more! We loved every moment we spent inside the cottage. Our kids enjoyed catching hermit crabs and playing on the slide / swings! The screened in porch was the place to be, and was so peaceful. Adrian, the property manager, was so helpful and made sure we knew where to go and how to get there; he even help set up a boating experience, it was amazing. It was nice having him close by, always ready to help if needed! We felt safe the entire time, and everyone on the island were so nice. We used Chad and Hope’s guide a lot, it was so helpful and informative. Everything we did was based on this guide and it did not steer us wrong! We will definitely be back; our kids (4, 7, 10) were so sad to leave, so were we!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Rainbow Charm. Our 2 teenagers loved the pool, jumping off the rocks, the hammocks. We have been to Eleuthera 5 times and this is our fav rental when bringing the kids ! The location is great for both north and south beaches/restaurants. We felt safe ( as usual in Eleuthera ) and Chris really knows what guests want at a vacation rental. We didn’t need to reach out to David the caretaker but we did meet him at Mel’s Snack Shack and he’s lovely! We are rebooking the home for our fall trip!
