Aimson Palace is actually palace, the staffs are always there to help. Bless is very kind and polite, the security staffs are very vigilant and helpful, I felt very safe at Aimson Palace and everything works perfectly well, the furniture and settings felt like home in London. Definitely coming back,

Yves is a great host. Indeed his apartment is very pleasant to live in, there is space and we are happy to be there. Yves and his assistant are at the cleats whenever you have any questions or need anything. i had booked 2 weeks, but I felt so at home that I extended until I left the country. Thanks to Yves for his trust and generosity he shared throughout my stay. when I come back to the country I will make sure his apartment is available. Thank you 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Fustel's place has been my go to AirBnB for my stays in Douala. I come to Cameroon for work and it is great to know I can stay here in Bonamoussadi, a good neighborhood with easy access to the Santa Lucia grocery store. Fustel is easy to reach and even when he is not around, he makes sure any issues that crop up are addressed in a timely fashion. Thank you for a peaceful stay, Fustel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this property. The apartmentbde Medina was spotless, charming, bright and perfectly matched the photos. Medina was a thoughtful, warm, available host. She was very responsive to our questions and gave us great tips on restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and leisure. We highly recommend this place and hope to be able to come back.

I was very skeptical at first since it was my first time using Airbnb in Cameroon. I wasn’t sure if the facility matched it's description, what the customer service would be, how secure it was, and so forth. However, when I arrived Hakeem's, everything exceeded my expectation. The front desk got all our luggage and thank goodness there was an elevator. I was most impressed about the fact that housekeepers cleaned everyday and linens and towels were changed every other day. The level of general maintenance of the facility was top notch, something which is not very common in Cameroon. Standby Generator and reliable WiFi I am so thankful to all the staff and the care they provided throughout our stay. The Manager (Felicita), our Chef (Severine), the Receptionist (Emmanuel) and the Security guard who went above and beyond to wash our car whenever he could. My hope is that such businesses survive and strive in the long run that’s why I am going to promote this facility any way I can.

The host was quick to respond and resolved my issues. Him or Sam would follow up to ensure we were satisfied. Sam is phenomenal, pleasant, and respectful. I admire his work ethic. Every day, he would clean the compound. I noticed he was always working. He cleaned the house once during my 8 days on the property, and he did a good job. There are securities on the compound, so I felt safe at night.

Thank you for having us Dieudonne, your house is extremely beautiful and has a special place in our heart, the neighborhood is beautiful and calm, the security guard on site is an easy going and extremely funny person, the caretaker was very helpful too. I loved my stay in Douala!!! Thank you so much.

The apartment that Oriane host is just Perfect! The location is unbeatable. Very central for anywhere you want to go. The decor is amazing. The water pressure is top notch. The spacious garden is perfect for anyone traveling with children. Regular maid service. Overall a perfectly planned Airbnb. If you have a chance, I highly recommend booking her place.

This apartment is close to the road and the host is very understanding. Host equally responds as soon as possible. This is my place when I get to town. I recommend it

Comfortable cocoon for a getaway in Douala

Thank you for everything. Even if there were minor problems, it was usually a good stay. There was not a lot of criticism. When I forwarded the small secrets to the host, those problems were resolved. We wanted to check out at 2 in the afternoon. But the person who took care of the house said that we should leave the house at 1:30 in the afternoon. We accepted. We called a taxi at PM 01:30. But unfortunately the person who took care of the house did not arrive until 01:55. We could not communicate by phone either. Unfortunately, the phone connections disappeared at that time. I say this for what: The taxi waited for 30 minutes. Naturally, we paid for 30 minutes. It was a very necessary payment. We had a communication problem at the checkout. In fact, this was a little due to the connection problems of telcom companies in Africa. But the stay was good and thank you for the interest of the host. Of course, if there is a chance again, it is one of the places where we will stay.
