We are The Old Winterport Commercial House. Our historic building, once a Stagecoach Stop for travelers, now offers a unique 5 bedroom Bed & Breakfast. Aren't you on a special getaway? We clean our rooms on a daily basis (no extra fee) as well as serve a nutritious breakfast each morning. We can also give you all kinds of ideas on what to do in our local area.

*Please read all notes+descriptions* This second floor waterfront king suite is the star of our historic Main House-- with its own private outside deck! The room is decorated with fine paintings, has a king bed, day bed, a sitting room with a mini fridge, private bath with a tub/shower, and a TV. This rooms tub is an antique pedestal tub w/ no rails. No A/C, not pet friendly. Fans provided. Can sleep 2 adults and 1 child.

Apartment - Harbor Watch Inn

If you've never been to Swan's Island before, we HIGHLY encourage you to visit our inn website. Simply search for Harbor Watch Inn, Swan's Island, Maine. You will find some very important information about the island and how to get around. Most importantly is the Maine DOT ferry that is the only way to reach the island. The unit featured here is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the only inn on the island.

Downtown Hotel Room

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. Northern Lighthouse Wing

The Northern Light suite is the star of our Lighthouse wing--- having one of the best views onsite! This oceanfront suite has two twin beds (configured together, as a "king" or apart), a kitchenette, private bath, TV, and 2 exterior decks each with a private entrance. No A/C in any units. Fans provided.

Lookout Topside Cottage

Lookout Topside is a cozy, ocean front, family-friendly 2nd floor cottage in our historic Lookout building! It has a king bedroom w/A/C, private bath, living room+kitchenette, TV+wifi, sofa bed, and a private balcony. All rates based on double occupancy. Not pet friendly. Fans provided.

Peter Trout's Tavern and Inn, Room 1

Situated across the street from the Manset town dock, these newly-renovated rooms are situated above a tavern, and have incredible views of the harbor. Rooms are appointed with king beds, private baths, televisions with house Netflix and Hulu accounts, wifi, and coffee makers.
