Villa Winstén Beachfront Mansion

Villa Winstén is a large, luxurious design house by the sea. It´s just 50 m from the water, and comes with a private (40 m) section of the sand beach. Reachable by car. Neighbours nearby, but the location still offers good privacy. Excellent kitchen! Has it all! Sauna, bathtub and double showers with sea view! Washing/drying machine. House and Garden near Lake Pyhäjärvi

House was built in 1952 by my grandparents. It is located in vicinity of Lake Pyhäjärvi. It is excellent place to calm down and rest for a while in midst of spacious yard and garden by yourself or with family. Your pets are welcome too. Please notice that there is no shower in the house. Sauna and woodheated waterpot are for bathing purpose in oldschool Finnish way. You can save money by bringing own duvet cover sets or rent them for 10€/person. We got pillows and blankets for you.
