The neighborhood itself is lovely with many parks and easy access to the shopping centers along 170th street. The river valley is very close, via Patricia Ravine. From there are kilometers of hiking and biking!

Great for the price, specially that you get the backyard and BBQ use (we didn't use the BBQ but both gas and coal options were available). We enjoyed the nice view you get from your one of the bedrooms and the living room, it's not a dark basement and you get lots of natural light. having a kid the private, nice, and safe backyard was really a thig that if we stay in edmonton once again will consider this place for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Janice’s place. The suite was spotless and had a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The location was also unbeatable. It’s very walkable with both Whyte ave restaurants and shops and Mill Creek ravine a few blocks away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the suite again!
