This 1300 sq. ft. main floor house is nestled in the Chinook Park area, on a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes away from Rockyview Hospital (10-12 minute walk), Glenmore Reservoir, Heritage Park, Chinook Centre, Mount Royal College, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have complete privacy on the main floor, however should you require anything, we are very accessible (owner occupied basement suite).
