Beachfront vacation rentals in Southern Sydney

Really tidy place. Minutes walk from the beach and inlet, a short drive to some great fishing spots. Whilst we didn’t take our dogs, the place is pet friendly with a very secure grassed yard and deck.

Welcoming and comfy and love the outdoor area. Cleanliness wonderful and pantry supplies amazing. My furry friend was just as happy as myself and my daughter and we can’t wait to do it all again!

Cosy place. Kerri and Alan were very thoughtful, and made sure that every aspect of the stay was looked after, having provided umbrellas, amenities for the puppy (including some biscuits), a kitchenette packed with everything, and made great local recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter long weekend at Ben’s place in Lake Illawarra. From the time we booked, in the run up to our stay, during our trip etc he was a great host, very responsive and has thought of everything when it comes to what you might need when staying at an Airbnb. Beds were very comfy, we enjoyed the pool and spa and the kitchen and living area were great and perfectly equipped. A really enjoyable stay!

Central to everything in the Eastern Suburbs overlooking the iconic Coogee Beach. Uber rides less than $20 to everywhere (Darling Harbour, Bondi, City Centre, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi Junction) Highly recommended and will stay there again .... when next in Sydney.

we loved our stay at Kurnell, the accommodation was exactly as pictured and the hosts were very helpful and even left us some goodies in the fridge

Susan’s place is a total little gem. It is close to everything. Walking distances to the beach, RSL club and shops. We loved the little courtyard off the studio and it was just perfect to have our morning coffee and breakfast sitting out the courtyard. Having parking available was fantastic. We loved our stay and can’t wait to stay there again.

Tracey's place was great. It had lots of different spaces to relax and was all over enjoyable and relaxing. Great location, close to amenities. Tracey was responsive and helpful. A great stay that met our expectations.

This was a really great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and centrally located….highly recommend!

Great location just off the Corso, super accessible to Manly beach and the ferry to Circular Quay. Kirsti was a super host, always accessible and responsive and helpful. Would definitely return, enjoyed my stay. Also loved the A/C, needed in view of the late summer weather.

To celebrate my 50th birthday my husband, son and I booked 2 nights in Manly. The apartment overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed and the host was polite and responsive. The apartment was beautiful with lovely prints on the wall and very clean. We would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

I highly recommend Jeremy’s accommodation. Very neat, bright and clean. I loved the use of space in the kitchen, the pull out pantry and over top cupboard. There is everything you need. Jeremy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, and his emails were loaded with very clear descriptions. Thank you so much 😊 I would definitely stay again.

We can’t say enough to thank Debbie for her warm welcome, the apartment is very new and clean, the ocean view is spectacular. Neighbour is so nice, our kids have so much fun playing with the other kids in the pool. There’re so many different cuisines for us to try. It’s small but very clean and modern town. It’s a great trip for family with young kids. Thanks and regards.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this bnb- the location was great within walking distance to a variety of cafes, shops and restaurants as well as being just down the road from the beach. The bnb itself had a great amount of amenities and was the perfect location to rest and relax. We throughly enjoyed staying at this bnb, Peter was a welcoming and friendly host. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others !

The location is fabulous near to the center of Manly but away from the hustle and bustle, so it's very quiet but all of the amenity that I needed eg cafes, Swedish bakery and the retail shops a stone's throw away.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Everything was perfect! From our very first correspondence with Michael, we knew that this was going to be an extraordinary and positive experience. Responsive and friendly communication from the start. The house was the best and “fully loaded” with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The beach is at your doorstop. Early morning walks to watch the sun rise and evening cocktails on the upper deck. Special shout out to the amazing sound system with fabulous playlists to enjoy. Nothing negative to note. Would happily stay here again and would highly recommend to friends and family with confidence. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal this experience was. I came off of a 20 hour flight and couldn’t wait to relax, cook dinner, and enjoy being on the water. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen and one of the best night’s sleep of my life. From being picked up at the dock to the adventure of the return trip back to shore, I would recommend this incredible stay to anyone!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Family of 5 + 2 furry ones stayed for a long weekend. Beautiful location and uninterrupted views across the water, was nice just to stay in and enjoy the ambience. However we did venture out and it was so well positioned, close to town, walking tracks, beaches but still quiet and peaceful. Only noise to be heard is the crashing of the waves! Would recommend and stay again.
