Lauri’s place was the perfect base from which to explore Helsinki. His flat was an extremely easy space to be in - warm, great bathroom, comfy bed, quiet - a very peaceful and cool, unique building. Everything was clean, lots of storage (and clothes hangers!). While the flat is unique it’s also really practical and functional. Lauri was really helpful- great host, easy to communicate with. His flat is near all sorts of places - a lovely part of the waterfront, Forza pizza, Baskeri & Basso Bistro (a highlight), Loyly Sauna, Kaffa cafe and all sorts of interesting streets and places in the design district. Very walkable! We did some shopping in the area - great shoes at VIBAe. Wpuld happily stay here again! Thanks Lauri.

This place is my favourite in town!!! I could have chosen others nearer to where I love, cheaper, etc, but the comfort in knowing that this is an unique place, silence-guaranteed, with working appliances, clean, and, especially, knowing that Markus will be available to help if needed, are really worth the money. I could not have imagined that even with construction work in the center, the place would continue to be the quietest apt I stayed. I needed a break from construction noise, and I did find the peace I needed so much. Thank you, Markus, for once again, being so welcoming and accommodating! I said I'd be back and I did. Hopefully, I'll return again at some point! so, if you're looking for central+sauna+amenities, look no further, avoid the ones run by businesses. This one is the true gem!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Helsinki; look no further, for us, this apartment was in the perfect location, close to the spa, the boat to the islands, great restaurants and just a short walk to the station. The sauna in this apartment was the best we had all trip, spacious and easy to use. Paul has also been the most phenomenal host, clear instructions, great communication, and was flexible when our flight ended up cancelling. If you’re looking for something safe, clean and fabbo location, this is the one!

Lars is a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment is very well located, very close to the metro and shops, in a lively area with bars, pubs and restaurants and which is close, even on foot, to historical sites. The apartment is nevertheless very quiet. Everything was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished. The terrace is lovely. The kitchen is really very well equipped. Lars was kind enough to leave us a lot of capsules for our coffee and we were also able to leave our luggage until 3pm in the apartment. The apartment is very bright, very well heated and the bedding very comfortable.

Location was great, really close to the bus station and 10 minute drive to old down. The apartment was also lovely with one minor issue which was solved super quickly without fuss. Would recommend!

A modern comfortable apartment just 5 mins from the old town. Within easy walking distance to everything you need. Host Kerli was brilliant and very welcoming. Apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful decor and great views. Very quiet and well equipped. Brilliant would definitely stay here again if I came back in the future. 5+ Stars.

Pretty and well-equipped loft in a cool restored factory building. Close to old town but still very private and peaceful. Would stay here again!

Comfy apartment really close to the old town. The location is great and you can walk everywhere. Many buses and trams are available closeby and it is within walking distance from the port. It looks like the pictures but was a bit smaller than I expected. Great for 1 or 2 people. Hosts were really responsive and also let us know in advance that we can check in earlier if we wanted to.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts are very thoughtful and attentive to details, the location is nice and an apartment is very comfortable and cozy.
