Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southampton Parish

Greensleaves is the perfect base for exploring Bermuda and is especially great for visiting the beautiful south shore! It had everything we needed for our 4-day trip, and Irene’s wonderful pool (with a deep end!) was the cherry on top! We can’t wait to return.

Lana's place is lovely and very conveniently located( the pink ferry is just down the hill, and the #8 bus stop which takes you either towards Hamilton or the dockyard is just up the hill. The room is part of a large guest house with other rooms which share a communal kitchen. The house was quiet and well kept with everything we needed for our stay stocked in the house. A few things to note, where the house is in Warwick is a very residential area. We personally liked that, but you won't be able to walk to many things from the house (there is a full grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance but otherwise you'll need to hop the bus or ferry) In addition, we stayed over the Christmas Holiday, where seemingly the entire Island shuts down. There's a lovely party at elbow beach, but be sure to stock up the day before. All told, Lana's place is a great value in a great location for exploring all that Bermuda has to offer!

Great private location at dead end with no thru traffic. Convenient location near Trimingham Hill Roundabout and intersection of Middle and South roads giving quick access to Hamilton, the beaches of South Rd., Botanical garden and anywhere on the island not more than 35 minutes max. (Furthest point on island in either direction). There is a rush hour on Bermuda so the area can get congested at those times so plan accordingly. Great room with desk and bathroom with walk in shower with great water pressure. Access to pool and a charger for an electric vehicle. Suzi is a seasoned and warm host and helpful with whatever you may need. Her pets are quite entertaining. Highly recommended.

Lana was an amazing host! Super helpful and prompt with responses. She was able to provide directions on the fly via whatsapp and even called us a cab when we were trying to get back from the beach. There's limited options in walking distance in terms of bars/restaurants but the bus and ferry stops are nearby that can quickly and easily take you anywhere on the island. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Bermuda!

Second cheapest Airbnb on the island and less than half the cost of the cheapest hotel. Clean, comfortable, and just off the main road. There are two grocery stores and a bus stop less than five minutes away by foot. Located about midway between the airport and the Royal Dockyard. I expected to share the kitchen and living room but had the whole ground floor to myself.

Warf Cottage is amazing and Colin was a fantastic host. This is an historic home with tons of character and you can see the crystal blue water from every room in the house! Amazing views to wake up to, dine outdoors and relax by the dock. We rented a boat from a very close by watersports outfitter and were able to utilize the dock on property, paddle boards and kayaks, snorkel gear (all provided) are also great as the property is in a protected bay area. Sandy's Parish is residential so you will live more like a local than a tourist-which we loved. Bus stops are located just up the road as well as the bike trail converted rail line. Colin was super responsive prior to our stay and Gary helped with all needs once we arrived- (even went above and beyond and gave us a lift to the grocery store on arrival). The place is clean and well appointed. For our family stay, 3 bathrooms and 3 showers was a huge plus and had to find!

We enjoyed our week in Malcolm and Martha's beautiful house. It is larger than expected -there were five of us-and we didn't even use the dining room as the verandah and kitchen were so inviting. The setting is really lovely, lush and green. We absolutely loved hearing the birds during the day and the little coquí frogs at night. Malcolm and Martha were very welcoming and kindly let myself, my daughter and her husband stay in the house our last day as our flight wasn't until the evening. In Bermuda, you cannot hire a car as a tourist so we had to walk fifteen minutes to the grocery store and back or call a Hitch taxi to collect us. The beach is a ten minute walk away or a nicer beach is a short bus ride away. The Railway Trail is also close by which is easy to walk on away from the cars. The house, though, is very much their home. It felt more like being allowed to stay in someone's house rather than a house rental, but it's a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed a full week for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described and shown. Very nice, quiet and peaceful location. House was clean and well maintained. The pool was also private, clean and easily accessible. The location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. We rented scooters for our transportation and were on the go most of the week. However, if you are not into renting mopeds the house is very close to the local grocery store, rail trail and bus and taxi stop for easy transportation purposes. All withing a 2-5 minute walk. Leila was easily contacted, very friendly and helpful. She is a great host and we would definately recommend this place for your stay. We will definately keep this place on our favorite places list and look forward to coming back again!

We had the best time at Sabrina’s. She was so responsive, and when we arrived was so generous with her time, helping us with ideas about our stay. Her place was perfect for our needs. It was clean and the pool is great treat. Most of our days were spent exploring and at beaches, and the evenings at different restaurants on the island. We had a fabulous vacation at Amour Amour. Claudette met us upon check in and was very helpful with the layout of the apartment, providing information of restaurants nearby and arranging a taxi to the airport. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was super comfortable. Between the chimes and the tree frogs, we had the most peaceful sleep. Being under the Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, especially when it is lit up at night, is very special. Bermuda is a beautiful island and we loved our accomodations. Would definitely stay at Claudette's home again and recommend Amour Amour to everyone.

Fantastic place. Just a short walk away from the best beach on the island. Beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, cooking meals at the kitchen and eating ny the pool. Malika was very responsive and gave us very helpful tips. It is one of the best properties we have ever rented! I wish we could give 10 stars for the location, it is the best part of the island. Its also super close to the Lighthouse, which is fun to explore. We had the best time.

We have just had the most relaxing break at Chris and Donna’s place in Southampton. Chris and Donna were away at the time but they made sure everything was perfect for our stay and we could contact them when we needed and they replied promptly . The bus tickets were extremely helpful !! We used the bus quite a few times during our stay , we found it very easy to use and the bus drivers and passengers were so friendly! Clarence's place was one of the best airbnb we've stayed at and we travel alot. Nicely decorated and well designed space. He was very polite, friendly, helpful, extremely responsive very attentive. My new fav airbnb in Bermuda. A true reflection of a very hospitable Bermudian....amazing host. He even offered to pick us up from the airport and back..that was an extremely nice unique gesture/touch. We felt at home- didnt want to return to Canada. Our stay was absolutely perfect — everything we could’ve asked for and more! The location was incredibly convenient, with the market and bus stop just steps away, and the view was simply breathtaking. The home was so well-stocked that we didn’t need a single thing — it truly felt like everything had been thought of. The hosts were amazing: welcoming, responsive, and kind. We felt right at home! Michelle surprised us with snacks and food after a late flight which was nice. Also she left out toys for our baby which was really nice and the baby loved it. All worked out perfect, very clean air bb and perfect lay out for a small family like ours. Very easy to find and check in . The best host yet, was very nice and accommodating. Balcony was very nice to relax and have dinner. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2 weeks with our kids and Shomari’s place was perfect!! Shomari was an AMAZING host!! Right when we booked he was helpful with finding a pack-and-play for our youngest to sleep in. And before we arrived he sent photos of toys for the kids to play with at the beach! He was easy to communicate with and was always willing to help with any needs we had after we checked in. Location also a 10 out of 10! Just a short walk to Shelly Bay, market, and bus stops! The North Shore Road’s bus routes provided easy access into Hamilton for easy transfers to the South Shore Road/beaches or out to St. George’s. There are also 2 bus routes that run on North Shore so wait times were never too long! The location also has amazing views just out the kitchen door for sunsets each night! His place was comfortable and spacious for our family! Recommend eating out in Flatt’s Village at least once and also just grabbing a pizza from Pizza House (right by the market)! Definitely will return!!

This is a great property-- spacious, clean and easily accessible to Hamilton. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. Very convenient access to one of the popular activities on the island (cliff jumping at the Admiralty House). Our party of 6 adults had plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is attractive and well supplied with high quality appliances. Next time our travel plans include Bermuda, we will definitely check the availability of this property!

Hello Wayne, This is Odell and Chris. We had a Fantastic time as this was our first Airbnb in Bermuda. We tend to stay at Hotels and this was a fabulous choice. Your Home is so beautiful we loved the views. We also loved the ability to use pool ,dock and kayaks. We did not use them as it was a bit cool but I can imagine in summer we would definitely love to use them. The inside was everything we had hoped for. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed talking with you and your emails were very helpful. Our friends also said they enjoyed their stay as this was their first time in Bermuda. I am local and wanted to spend my 40th birthday in a place that felt away from reality. This home bought peace, tranquility and serenity. It had the most beautiful view, it’s not far from any restaurant, grocery store or beach. The home smelled so fresh, it was spotless and very modern.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. Lovely home, Gracious host. Two beautiful pools and a quick walk across the street to a very private beach. 15 min easy walk to a nearby market for provisions and easy access to the Bermuda Railway Trail.
