Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Southampton

Great location - Next door to Yale Old Campus. Caleaha was responsive. Apartment was clean and as described. It would be perfect if shampoo were provided.

We really enjoyed staying at Kyle's Air BnB! The building was easy to find, and it was easy to locate the keys and get inside the apartment. The neighborhood has a lot of great restaurants and is very much within walking distance to the main Yale campus. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed (microwave, fridge, etc.). The bed was VERY comfortable. We appreciated the option to check in 3 hours earlier for a small fee. Would stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at this clean, private studio, conveniently located just a couple of blocks (less than 10 minutes' walk) from Yale. Alicia is a responsive and helpful host. The building is not fancy, but I felt safe and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my choice to stay here.

Peter is a super friendly host. He provided lots of local recommendations and easy-to-follow house rules. The location is pretty good with walkable distance to the beach. Would recommend for a two person trip.

Everything was super easy and great! The apartment was tidy and cheerful and had all the basics you would need for your stay—everything was just right! It was easy to get in, and all Jarrett’s instructions were super clear, about entry and about parking, neighborhood, etc. would definitely stay here again!!

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Excellent place, close to downtown and Yale campus. Apartment on street level, which was not described, so a bit loud from street noise. Nothing white noise app didn’t drown out while sleeping. Otherwise it was an excellent stay, everything brand new- comfy beds, super clean and modern- everything we could have wanted for our Yale campus visit. Highly recommend for a New Haven/Yale visit. Thank you!

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Julie's place is located in the Yale campus. It's convenient to go around the corner to have a cup of morning coffee, buy groceries in the market or CVS, and go to restaurants in walking distances. I like about how the place has a gym on the first floor. As a host, Julie is very responsive through message. She helps solve a network issue very efficiently and whenever I ask her if she has anything I need she would respond in minutes and help me find those. She offered to compensate me with 15$ a week for laundry fee and was so kind and hospitable all the time! I really enjoy the stay and I would definitely stay at her place again if I will be around New Haven.

We were very happy with our stay! Great room, cozy and comfortable! The Manor was very nice as well.

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. Thank you Rudy for everything, we truly appreciate everything you do for our family while staying at your wonderful home. Such a great host!

We absolutely loved our time at this air b&b. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice. The house is larger than we expected and there were 4 bathrooms, not 2! The kitchen is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed, there is a poolhouse which we loved using. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, we had a few questions and they got right back to us. Everything was comfortable, clean, and luxurious- the pool was perfectly heated and we loved using the hot tub. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to host a family. Love how spacious the house was and it had a beautiful backyard. Lots of vineyards and farms nearby. Perfect getaway, super comfy, home away from home!

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at this house. We were a family of seven plus a baby, and there was more than enough space to accommodate all of us. Everything was very clean and in great working order. Daniel, the concierge manager at StayMarquis was very responsive and helpful.
