Was looking for a place to stay while working in the area for a few days. This space was the cutest little bungalow that was private, comfortable (both to relax after a long day, but nice and cool after hot days in the sun). Had everything we needed + incredibly friendly hosts!

Thanks so much for the relaxing and peaceful setting! We really enjoyed our stay at Julie and Tim's place. It was just perfect for our family. The sunrise on the pond was beautiful! Julie had so many thoughtful touches. We will definitely keep this farm cottage on our list for future visits to the area!

Beautiful home with a warm feeling as soon you walk in , things to do for the kids such as board games, utensils for drawing and a lot of creative history and antiques to look at throughout the home. Very beautiful and clean stay, made you feel like you’re right at home! Kelly was very responsive to my messages and is a great host was more than happy with my stay during the new years ! Thank you Kelly ! Definitely will be booking again !!!

We were visiting as a family to attend memorial services of a loved one in Emporia. The house, location, and serenity it provided us was just what our souls needed. Garvey was responsive, flexible, and very understanding of our needs. Exceptional property and host for sure.
