Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

Beautiful surroundings, house was very clean and comfortable. It was so relaxing to sit on the veranda in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. I had my grandchildren with me and being so close to the pool was great. We also made use of the kayaks on the river. The whole family had a great experience, I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks again to great hosts!

Amazing location to suit a big group of people… not too rural/far from Perth however still private enough from neighbours to be able to make some noise. Absolutely stunning views and stunning house the airbnb ad doesn’t do it any justice to how it looks in real life. Jane’s instructions were very clear and she was extremely responsive. The home is very well looked after and clean. Will definitely be going back!

We had a lovely few nights stay at Melissa’s. There was so much to do. The kids enjoyed kayaking and exploring, playing ping pong and board games. I enjoyed the books and view. We’d love to come back to take advantage of the pool when the weather warms up. Everything we needed was available and the beds were super comfy! Thank you for having us.

We had the most amazing stay in Helen's beautiful house. Very well appointed with attention to detail. Helen is so easy to chat with, and was very helpful throughout. I highly recommend this property for a stay with family, or you could even have a secluded getaway for two. This property has it all. Thank you Helen, we will return :)

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

This is a beautiful Airbnb at the bottom of Dawn’s house. It is fully equipped and great for families with young children. It was a really peaceful and relaxing stay for my family and we would love to return. The listing is managed by an agency who do not know the property and answer questions vaguely. Dawn is happy to answer questions once you have arrived. Here are some things provided that the agency were unaware of: both bathroom and beach towels, all linen for all beds, including waterproof mattress covers for children’s beds. Fully stocked kitchen with items including pressure cooker, mix master etc and some pantry items. Hairdryer provided and some toiletries. The property does not have children’s toys for any child older than a young baby or beach toys. The clothesline is behind the garage. Dawn enjoys having a chat with guests as she goes by each day and is a friendly and kind host. Overall a wonderful, relaxing stay, we did not want to leave!

The house is phenomenally well-appointed, so we immediately felt very at home, and realistically could’ve arrived empty-handed (there’s games for the kids, a cabana and kayak for the beach, wireless phone chargers on all the bedsides, and the kitchen is even stocked with everything you need to blend, bake, and barbecue). The beach is also only a short stroll away, which meant we could easily nip down several times a day without any fuss — even with a pram, toddler, and pooch in tow. For anyone travelling with small dogs, the garden is completely enclosed by solid walls, which is a big bonus, as there’s no way for them to escape (plus the rear deck gets warm sun all day too, which our little sausage basically napped on for 3 days straight!). It’s a bit cliche to say, but we’ll genuinely come back to stay again.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mark was a great host. As an extended family, we don't get to catch up much but this house provided some quality time together. The memories made here will last forever. Thank you for enabling this Mark.

Great accomodation, kids had lots of fun swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking, close enough to walk into town. Kitchen full of lots of appliances.

Sally made us feel very welcome at her abode and the list of instructions provided were very helpful. The abode was very clean and well set up for a family of five. My son loved being able to walk out the door with a fishing rod in hand and catch fish off the beach. We loved the view, particularly from the luxe balcony and how peaceful the location was. We enjoyed several lovely walks nearby and proximity to places to eat and play. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This place was beyond it’s expectations we wish we booked more time to soak it up more. Lana has put so much effort into making you feel like your home away from home but even better we loved the fully equipped kitchen, so many cute cozy places to relax, amazing natural products through out the home, every spot of the house had amazing detail! We have stayed at a few airbnbs and this would have to be our number one for our little mumcation getaway we will be back for sure!

I booked this bnb for a get away with a few of my friends and let me tell you, it was one of my top 10 best experiences in life. I had SUCH a great time, every window had a spectacular view, we woke up to the sight of the beach and the backyard is just insane. The house itself oh myyy it’s literally my dream house. The house is so ‘good looking’ that me and my friends even calculated the price of the house and how much an offer to buy it would be, we were seriously planning our future of living together in a house like this. I’m definitely coming back I wish I could be back every weekend honestly. Yasmine was also so incredibly kind to me and it warmed my heart every time she messaged. I will be back.

We took the Grandchildren for a few days and really enjoyed that the house was within walking distance of the beach and the bike tracks along the coast. Very comfortable and the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. Lovely sunny areas to sit and have a cuppa or a glass or 2 in the garden.

The Loft was a very comfortable home with the amenities to provide a great experience. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee machine and other appliances. The beds were comfortable. We were really impressed with the decor which reflected the beach themed location. I living room looked out to a tropical paradise garden. We plan to come back again soon.

Great Family Getaway Spot We had a lovely stay at Kerry’s “Wee Wanna Getaway” in Mandurah. The home was clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped — perfect for families. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the layout made it easy for everyone to settle in. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions and everything just a short drive away. While the suburb itself isn’t fancy, it felt safe and was quiet enough for a good rest. Overall, a really good value stay. Thanks, Kerry, for being a great host!

Beautiful accommodation. Had everything you need. Loved the view and enjoyed sitting outside. Walked, cycled and ran daily.

The photos do not do justice to what Chateau Leander has to offer. It is absolutely beautiful. A taste of France in Falcon Bay. For us, the fully fenced back and front yards were a winner, keeping the children safe and secure. The close proximity to the beach, playground, cafe, shopping centre, and eateries ensured the success of our weekend away. Communication with the host, Rhonda, was excellent. We were kept up-to-date with everything we needed to know and do. Highly recommend a stay at Chateau Leander.
