Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. very quiet and peaceful. We walked to Annabelles Cafe which was about a 25/30minute rural walk and very much worth it when we got there, great food and drinks in the sunshine were had! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We paid a little extra for a later checkout and were glad we did so that we could enjoy breakfast once more in this gorgeous place. The hot tub was a great added extra and we made great use of it while we were there.

Edale Moor Keeper's Cottage

MariaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We visited as a group of three. We are keen walkers and had based our walks starting from Edale. Tommy's house and location was absolutely perfect. The photos on Airbnb do not show just how lovely it is in reality. It really is stunning. Absolutely immaculate and we all felt at home immediately. The property has its own grounds covering acres so on our first day we went out walking and exploring with no one else around. The property is in a prime location but also has a feeling of seclusion. Perfect for just chilling or going off hiking, exploring etc. I want to give Mike who is the estate manager a massive big shout out as he was so so helpful and friendly. He gave us loads of tips about the area which really helped us and saved us one unnecessary trip out. We met the owner Tommy whilst there who was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help. We are already looking to plan our next walking trip and stay again next year Thank you Tommy,Mike and staff.

Three Roofs Self catering accomodation

AldenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Me and my partner had an amazing stay at Three Roofs. The apartment had enough furnishings/supplies to feel at home, and the location was amazing with loads of amenities within a short walkable distance. The host (Daniel) was very helpful and friendly, as were all the rest of the staff in the café. Something worth noting is the parking space is comfortable and safe for an average sized hatchback (which we have), but I would suggest parking elsewhere if you have a larger/4x4/utility vehicle, otherwise it will likely become an obstruction to neighbouring residents/facilities. That said, if you don't own a large vehicle and you are looking to stay in this area, then I would recommend this listing without hesitation! :)

Another great stay here. David is so helpful and friendly and always answered my little boys numerous questions with patience and interest. This is the second time we’ve visited because the garden is just great for the kids. It’s safe, child friendly and easy to see from the accommodation. We visited Lincoln castle whilst down there and the kids loved that. David is always on hand to help. I would not hesitate to book this again! Thank you so much.

West Yorkshire Home with a View

ChristineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Meg’s accommodation is beautiful and within easy walking distance of Holmfirth - either along the river or via the main road. Lovely big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room cosy with the option of lighting the wood burning stove if needed. Outside there’s a decking area with a table and chairs - perfect for summer evenings. Meg was helpful from start to finish including answering the phone quickly when we couldn’t figure out where to go.She responded to all messages promptly and was very accommodating with some requests we had. Meg was flexible with letting us park early and also longer after our check out time. Would love to stay here again some time, I’ll be adding it to my list of favourites! Thank you. :)
