Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

Farm View Cottage

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Oceanside Studio Apartment in Bunbury, WA

Cozy beachside retreat. Our newly refurbished studio apartment is just steps from the ocean. Decorated in a fresh coastal style, this inviting getaway is ideal for couples or a stopover on your journey through the South West. With ocean views from all windows, you can relax at the Marri bench with a drink and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast with cereal, bread and eggs. Beach towels are provided, and you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating in the courtyard.

Maslin St Farmhouse

A short drive from Bridgetown centre, Maslin St Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy walking through the gardens and exploring the paddocks and dam whilst watching the sheep, alpacas, ducks and chooks on this five acre property. Bookings for up to 6 guests include bedrooms 1,2&3 plus two bathrooms. Additional bedrooms and spa bathroom available at extra cost. Maslin St Cottage has extra accommodation on the same property. NB there are working bee hives on the property.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Romantic Cabin - Private Acreage

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Secluded rural retreat in Southwest WA

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Preston Valley Shed Stay

This Newly opened Shed Stay is a true country retreat located on over 100acrs in the Preston Valley. Consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom this beautifully designed and furnished fully self-contained Farm stay getaway promises peacefulness with every modern convenience. Located only 2 hours from Perth, 30mins from Bunbury and 10mins from Donnybrook our Farm which is set high on the hill overlooking the valley below has an array of activities to choose from to suit all ages.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Autumn Ridge Farm

Autumn Ridge is a self-contained cottage situated on peaceful acreage overlooking the Blackwood Valley. With only a 10-minute drive into Bridgetown, offering unique boutique shops, delicious cafes and tourist attractions. This couples retreat is central to many of the southwest's tourist hotspots such as Manjimup, Pemberton and Margaret River.
