Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mariana and Manoj Airbnb!!! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Mariana and Manoj were fantastic: responsive, and full of great recommendations for the area. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet enough to relax. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Kevin was a wonderful host! He was very responsive. We received some great suggestions to adventure to and we made great memories at his rental location. We arrived after dark which makes it hard to navigate on its own, however we were able to speak by phone and Kevin got us in the right direction. Such a relief after a long day of travel! The rental was decorated lovely and had all that we needed and more. The view and serenity was just was what was expected and more. Perfect honeymoon location. We are dog lovers and enjoyed the very friendly local stray hounds. The greeted us on arrival, and walked us to our car when we departed. We treated them and enjoyed their company! Would 100% return and have recommended to our friends and on social media. Thanks fir everything Kevin!

I have been coming to St Martin since I was little. The past few years I have stayed in grand case but decided to stay in Orient this year. I am a big fan of the french side and I cannot recommend this place enough! It is absolutely perfect. Beautiful house, great pool, right next to restaurants, 5 minute drive to grand case, and right near the super u (great grocery store). If you are looking to come to st martin for the first time I would highly suggest here or even if you have been here before and are looking for something new. The concierge was 10/10- always responsive in a fast manner and helped me with a great car rental! I stayed here for 3 weeks and I was so sad to leave. Absolutely recommend for families, couples, or even if you’re traveling by yourself!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed for a week in March 2025, the place was pristine and lovely. They are NOT joking when they say they are steps from the beach. We walked to and from the village via the beach daily. We also checked out the entirety (both sides) of the beach (relative to the village) and it was lovely. This house is PRIME location with AWESOME amenities. I cannot say enough great things about it. We were 6 adults and it was very comfortable and quiet throughout the house. It is definitely worth it for several couples or a family, etc. Personally, I will be looking into going again with my girlfriends for a relaxing week! I am noting this here because others did not mention it. One pool is RIGHT next to the parking for the home. It is warm and clean, and there are a few chairs there for lounging / placing belongings. The other pool is a literally the same thing but a little (and I mean a LITTLE) further away through a gate to another residence.
