Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. A detached house less than 10 kilometers from the center of Seinäjoki. The house is located in a rural setting, but conveniently close to services. 4.5 km to Prisma. K-Market Nurmo 2 km. Ruuhikoski Golf is located less than 5 km away. Alahärmä's Power Park is 54 km away, and you can drive there from the apartment in your own car in just over half an hour. It is easy to reach the apartment by car. There is room for several cars in the yard. There is a terrace in the backyard with barbecue facilities with a gas grill. There is also a charcoal grill.
