This is a wonderful place to relax! The place is amazing, clean and very cozy house near the forest. A lot of places to go for a walk without many people around - perfect for us. The beach is in the walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, it’s a pretty well decorated spacious apartment, everything was clean and matched the description. The location is really close to the city centre wich is nice, the only thing that was off putting was neighbours small but angry dog that they let outside all the time. Other than that, a really great place!

MINDFUL STAY AT THE CHURCH BY THE SEA

This place is simple,the nearby shop shuts at 5 and there are no restaurants nearby. And if that is all ok with you then you are the right people to be staying here. It’s magical. The sea is a short cycle ride away but its sound is everywhere. The trees blow in the wind. The piano in the church invites reflection. Everything invites reflection. I was there towards the end of the summer and its magic was only enhanced. An experience, for sure. But a very very good one.

Friendly shaker. Offered a better lodge for the same price. Away from the hosts house, since we were with the puppies, it was a lot of privacy. The cottage has everything you need. The sea is close to about 10 -15 min walk. I recommend to those who love peace and nature.

Secluded paradise with beach access, sauna, and all amenities imaginable - our favorite Airbnb for good reason! Our 2nd visit to Edgars' place confirmed what we already knew - this is our favorite Airbnb ever. The unmatched privacy along the Baltic coastline provides a peaceful escape that's impossible to find elsewhere in the region. The proximity to a beautiful sand beach makes for perfect walks. After a day of exploring, returning to use the excellent sauna (included in the price!) was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with all essentials - from shower gel in the bathroom to a complete kitchen with a full oven. The coffee machine that grinds fresh beans was a delightful touch that made mornings special. Edgars himself is an exceptional host - extremely friendly, polite and always ready to help with anything needed. His hospitality is a big reason why we chose to return for a second stay, and we will certainly be back again!

An absolutely phenomenal place! As others have mentioned, it's mind-blowing that places like these exist. Just 1-2 minutes away from the sea and yet completely private. Even though we were not for long but really rested. The cabin is very tidy, we found everything you could need - everything is thought through to the smallest details. Fenced private territory, immaculately landscaped. The host is very helpful and kind. Big plus that you can come with a pet.

Staying in Krisjanis place was especially cozy and we definitely want to come back. The hosts were friendly, simple and minimal. The apartment has been made with love. Every single detail inside the apartment was thought of thoroughly - we found cutlery for preparing very complex dishes so it felt more "home" than some homes :) Although we stayed in the midddle of winter during a storm it was warm and peaceful. The Fishers village of Pavilosta is also charming. In winter it is a perfect retreat with a possibility to be in the beach totally alone with the sea. Still, the small supermarket is a minute walk from the place and has everything what is needed. All in all, a really cozy place.

We chose Fox Farm because it was a good distance from local points of interest (Kuldiga a very short drive, 6minutes from the cottage) and also looking for a cabin so we could stay with two little ones and four adults - there was plenty of room for all! The cabin was as described and also the host, Agita, was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly. A big kitchen with all the necessities for cooking (stove, oven, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and tools were sufficient) and so was a washer available. Although the lodge is adjacent to other units in the area, absolutely did not disturb in any way. Also swings and a slide for the little ones in the yard. Maybe the cabin would need some freshening up, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. If you plan your next trips in the area, we'll definitely look at this as a first option, and we can recommend it to others for sure.

The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in Latvia. If you appreciate the magic of a nature, you want to enjoy the silence and beaty of a lake, forest around you, get away from the city - it is it. Everything was outstanding! Everything in the cabin matched the description or was even better than expected. Thought of everything to the smallest details. We stayed in the cabin in a trio with a husband and a child who especially appreciated the available entertainment options (playhouse, shuppins, trampoline, sandbox, etc.). Easy to get to not only by personal car, but also by public transport (bus station 5 min.walk). Hosts are responsive and available if anything is needed. A pleasant place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Solvita is a great host, very responsive, flexible and helpful. The place was very clean and had an interesting interior. Also it had a great garden as well. Sea is only 10 minutes walk, city center is 10-15 minutes walk.

Inta's guest house is a very nice place to relax, enjoy the garden and the nearby quiet but beautiful beach. Liepaja and shops are a short drive away and a new great looking bike path was under construction. Inta is a friendly host, supportive but also with respect for your privacy.

The only warning is that the living space while easily accommodates the number of people mentioned, is all in one open space, so has limited privacy apart from the master bedroom. The host was responsive and made the stay feel like effortless holiday.

We already spent christmas in different countries, in different Airbnbs. This stay was defenitely exceptional compared to other once! The check in and communication was super easy. The hosts were super hospitable and cared about us like family members. My travel companion got sick during our stay and they organized medicine for her, on christmasday!!! The Airbnb was super cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is good equiped and the bathroom has got in-floor heating!! We had everything for some nice, relaxing christmas holidays. The area is beautiful and there are some possibilities to hike through the forest or at the beach. Summarized: 100% recommentation for the Airbnb, the host and the area!

Place is larger than in photos, located in residential area - calm and nice. Newly renovated and well equipped. We were family of 6 and it was convenient place for us to stay.
