Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

A lively downtown street is lined with brick buildings showcasing various shops and restaurants. Parked vehicles are visible along the street, while pedestrians stroll on the sidewalk. Bright blue skies create a cheerful backdrop for this urban scene.

The Hygge House was a beautiful accommodation for our last minute needs! We were coming from Boston and decided to extend our mini weekend trip another day and decided on the Hygge house. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The room was spotless, modern and cozy at the same time, cookware, linens, furniture was all of good high quality and clean. The smaller touches like the little book of Hygge for reading was pleasant and fun to read over breakfast with my partner. We highly recommend the Hygge House for singles or couples looking for a clean, beautiful and peaceful stay in Newburyport! We are very excited to come back and visit again soon. Thank you so much! ☺️

We came for a graduation in Fremont but still had to do some work via online The place was perfect for what we needed and more. The WiFi was great, and the little touches made our stay real comfy. Kara was a fantastic host—super friendly and really accommodating. Our flights got delayed and rescheduled, and she still made it work for us with an early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The place was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and had such a cozy vibe. We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be looking to book one of her places again next time I’m in New Hampshire!
