Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Guesthouse at Stone Water Rill

Custom built one bedroom guesthouse designed to capture gorgeous views across expansive gardens designed by Paul Bangay. We want our guests to feel that they have escaped to a welcoming sort of luxury surrounded by beauty inside and out. We’ve worked with local interior designer, Lisa Post, and have aimed to to showcase this beautiful region with local touches. We hope that you love it as much as we do!

West Ruislip Farm, Armidale

Peaceful granny flat on our 100-acre cattle farm in the New England region. Large bedroom with Queen, Double & Single beds, private lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom. Reverse-cycle air-con for comfort. Enjoy stunning sunsets and amazing stargazing on clear nights. No Wi-Fi, but good phone reception. All pets welcome. A quiet, relaxing stay with friendly cattle and wide open spaces.

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.
