Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Just a short walk from Gouverneur’s Main Street, this charming apartment is the ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing and kayaking with public access across the bridge. Grill is also available upon request. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your cooking needs and stocked with light snacks to enjoy during your stay. As the owners, we live downstairs and are available if needed. Though we share the same building, your privacy is our top priority.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Silver Hill Cabin & Sauna - Modern Forest Retreat

Scenic and private forest oasis with modern amenities! We are right on the Multiuse trails. Kayak our ponds, explore private acreage, and relax in your very own dry cedar sauna with a forest view! Directly adjacent to Silver Hill State Forest with hiking, fishing and wildlife. Visit local waterfalls, state parks and so much more. Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

The outdoor wonderland

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Experience the great outdoors with this cabin located in Fine,NY in the Adirondack Mountains. There is plenty to see and do. Take a day and go on the trails and see the water falls in the area. You can also take a day trip to long lake,crandberry lake or even head over to lake placid and to white face mountain. The possibilities are endless. Cabin is off grid but there is a propane heater in cabin and porta potty on property.

The Hideaway Cabin

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Lookout Cranberry Lake

Come and unwind in this beautiful little hamlet in the Adirondacks. Explore and hike the trails or just relax by the water during the day and build a fire in the firepit in the evening. Bring your boat and launch it at the public launch right next door. There is a dock for fishing and docking your boat. Direct access to the vast snowmobile trail system. Save money and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Cranberry Lake is the 3rd largest in the ADK.

Property is located on a hobby farm with chickens and goats. Fresh eggs for the asking.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
