Vacation rentals with lake access in South Brisbane

The view was everything we hoped for. Central to the sporting event we were attending. I knew we were in the correct house when I saw the Christmas Tree in front if the painting on the wall just like the air bnb. Due to the rain we were disappointed not to be about to uae the pool Loved the openness of the house.. Again the view from main bedroom have us in a relax mood straight away.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Marie's gorgeous property. Highly recommended! It is peaceful, in a really quiet neighbourhood, extremely clean and just close to where we needed to go to everyday for our activities, which was Manly. Everything was exactly as described and in the photos. Marie was really accommodating, friendly and flexible. The aircon was a godsend during this summer, and there are separate aircons in each bedroom. The high stools at the kitchen made it convenient for a quick breakfast everyday. The full-size fridge was another godsend, as we cooked most of our meals. And there are plenty of towels and bath mats! There is an IGA, bakery, butcher and chemist less than a 5-minute drive away at Manly Village, and at Wynnum Plaza less than a 10-minute drive away are Woolworths, Coles, Kmart and the awesome Super Butcher. Thank you Marie for sharing your property with us and making our stay at Brisbane so awesome.

The best Airbnb we've done in Australia, value for money is really satisfying. The accommodation is clean and pleasant to live in. If you don't have a car the organization with the buses and really manageable. And Hao is a lovely, helpful and attentive person. Thank you for this stay:)

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! - I needed a pet friendly place to stay and Bernadette's unit was so lovely. I am used to bland motel rooms, so it was a new experience for me to stay in a place that was designed to give a boutique home-like experience. I was really impressed. Berndette responded quickly to any problems I might have, and she made sure i had everything I needed. The only negative thing I could say is that Brisbane is too hilly - Berndette's driveway is steep (like most brisbane driveways ) and someone unsteady on their feet will need to be carefull. I fully recommend a stay in Bernatette's cozy private unit.

Loved this place. Central for a lot of places. Restaurant's right on your doorstep. Citycat a few seconds walk. The flat was well equipped and spotless. Host was always ready to help with anything. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A clean and comfortable space, worth recommending!

I recently had the pleasure of staying Doolandella it was amazing and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality from Solange and a beautifully maintained space. The house was clean, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, situated close to vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the area a breeze. I loved being able to walk to local attractions and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely return to this Airbnb on my next visit. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, this is the spot!

We had such an awesome stay in midway cottage such beautiful scenery and very relaxing with lots to do and see highly recommended staying we will be back and being dog friendly is a big 5 stars

Beautiful spot, not far from the city but away from it all. Feels more remote than it is. Space for alot of people. So many activities or just lay about the pool.

We highly recommend staying at Amanda and Craig’s beautiful Samford Lakes cottage. We had the best weekend getaway! We got to bring our little bulldog along which made it even more special. There is so much to do aswell. We spent the day playing tennis, swimming in the massive pool, rowing the boat along the lake and even having pizza out of their poolside pizza oven. We loved chatting with Amanda and Craig and hearing Craig’s stories with a glass of wine and a freshly cooked pizza. The room was absolutely stunning too. It was very spacious and looked over the lake and the lillypads. You can even see the cows across the water. We absolutely loved using the massive bath, waking up an having a coffee on the huge veranda overlooking the water, playing board games by the fireplace and running around the property with our fur baby. John was also incredible and gave great recommendations and helped us set up some activities. Couldn’t recommend it high enough. Can’t wait to return.

Thank you, David and Trish, for having us stay at your beautiful house. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place, with a stunning view of Lake Somerset. The home is spacious, with plenty of room for children to play and enjoy themselves. My daughter especially loved seeing the alpaca wandering around the property – it made the stay even more special! We really enjoyed our time and would love to come back again.

Terrific hosts who presented a beautifully clean and well-maintained home. The location is fabulous so close to the beach and a walk to cafes and shopping along a beachfront boardwalk. Very quiet at night so getting a good nights sleep was no problem.
