Vacation rentals with a patio in Sotavento Islands

The accommodation is impeccable and very complete. Very close to everything and a great little beach ( Mar di Baxu). Daniel communicated very well and told us how to get there ( It's very easy). This tastefully decorated ground floor apartment is great, it is airy and therefore easy to walk around for an elderly person. My mum has been able to exercise far more, just by taking walks around the flat. Moreover, the outside space means that she can get all the vitamin D that she needs, and enjoy sitting in the sun, relatively in the shade. For my husband and I, it is also wonderful to have a bigger kitchen, with a window next door, so as to properly evacuate food smells. The bedrooms are a great size, and the bed linen and towels are wonderfully soft. The beds are great quality and there is a lot of storage space. The hosts are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome. We would return to this flat over and over again, and highly recommend it.

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

E&M’s place is absolutely lovely and we particularly enjoyed the ocean a few metres away, the private seating area and the greenery all around. The apartment hadgood air flow and we did not need to turn the aircon on. They were very responsive and helpful if we had any need or question. A great base in Praia!

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Very nice spacious villa, very responsive and available host, in a quiet residential area and accessible amenities, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Also, the air conditioning in each room, and the cozy outdoor area with very clean pool are very nice.

We enjoyed the quiet stay at Dinohelders place in the hills of Santiago. The house has a very tasty interior design and we felt at home from the beginning. The garden is beautiful with all the plants and the pergola is beautiful. People living around the area are super helpful and friendly. You'll see all kinds of farm animals around the property. There are nice hiking opportunities available right from the house. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful place.

Our stay at Filipa's house was simply sensational, one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. From the beginning, she was extremely attentive and helpful, helping us to resolve everything we needed quickly and sympathetically. The house was shining, clean, well cared for and with all the details thought out for the comfort of the guests. A special highlight is Filipa's flexibility with schedules… She allowed us to enjoy the city even more without rushing. Filipa really made ALL the difference on the trip and we are very grateful for that. Recommend with eyes closed!!!

Very nice accommodation, well located and very clean on the beautiful island of Maio. We arrived at 9am and were able to directly access the accommodation with transportation included from the port. The infinity pool is very well maintained and allows you to perfectly contemplate the sunset. Access to a private beach is also present and allows extreme tranquility.

Very pleasant stay. A very large terrace well sheltered from the wind. Comfortable accommodation with very good bedding. The neighborhood is typical of local life. The beach is close and so is the shops. There is a good bakery 300m away. Note that the pressure of the shower may vary from day to day. No hot water in the sink but we can do without it. Claudio had stocked the cabinets with pepper salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar, garlic, butter in the fridge and water, which we really enjoyed. Very responsive over the phone.

The house is very nice, very clean and tidy, close to a central avenue and with a shower that works. The kitchen is equipped with necessities. Maria was very attentive to everything, and helped us with all our questions. However, if you come in summer, it's quite hot and there's no air conditioning.

Despite the language barrier, Eunice has always been available and friendly. The apartment is perfect and the area where it is located is very quiet, although a little far from the center (but in 10 minutes on foot you can get to a lively area with many taxis). Recommended!

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.

My second visit to Cabo Verde! This residence has become like a tourist home for me! Edna and Neves are great host, and will always be trusted with delivering a great experience!

Great welcome upon arrival, the host is available and responsive if needed. We were a group of 4 girls, we liked the location with everything nearby e.g. grocery store, shopping center... Thank you and we look forward to returning again.

Huge apartment with three bedrooms and private terrace overlooking the garden of Lourdes, she even offered us freshly picked papaya! The accommodation is clean and two minutes from the city center. Lourdes was very responsive, kindly advised us and even made it easier for us to travel to Serra Malagueta and Tarrafal I totally recommend it! Thank you for everything!
