The apartment served me well for the weekend. The fact that the building doesn't have an elevator didn't bother me, but it might be a problem for other people. Max was thoughtful and flexible about the schedules.

Cristina is an exceptional host! From the first contact, she was extremely attentive and careful. The apartment is simply beautiful and impeccably clean. Every detail was thought out with great affection. The location is perfect, making the stay even more enjoyable. I only have compliments to make! We felt at home.

We spent a long season in Maria's apartment. It was super quiet! The very few problems we had were solved by her quickly. The kitchen is very well served by appliances and the barbecue is great! The fact that it has an isolated garage from the building's garage, with exclusive entrance, is very good for the dynamics of the house.

The apartment is clean and organized, safe, near the center, near the market, restaurant so I will of course come back more often, apartment that is worth renting many times, it was the best I have ever rented, when I return to Sorocaba I know where to stay. I am grateful, it is well worth it.

D. Lenir and Richard are great hosts. D. Lenir was very nice and welcoming. Richard was very polite and very understanding of my requests and questions. They received us and guided us precisely on the procedures and use. The property was very clean, well sanitized, cozy house in a quiet location and close to the downtown shops, two malls also close by, 250 and 400 meters, that you can walk to. Great value for money. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it. I just have to thank you!!!

The house is excellent, very clean, organized, well cared for, large and complete. Better than in the ad. All environments are wide. Silent Neighborhood. Andrea answers all questions quickly with a lot of education and sympathy. I returned with the key to the site home and everyone was very polite and understanding in solving the problem. Wi-Fi is very good in the whole house. The housekeeper also provides the stand-alone cook service and is well worth it. Huge and warm pool, even without heating. I located the house easily, while other guests and ifood had difficulty arriving because the number on the GPS did not match the location. There are few suggestions for improvement: more ventilators are available in the rooms, which get very hot during the night, a attention to Ping pong(the table is crooked and the rackets and balls very worn out) and on the table 2 balls are missing. Reinforcement: nothing that gets in the way of the trip. The whole family took advantage of everything. I highly recommend

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

Very clean and cozy place. Rafa is very receptive, we end up not meeting much for the schedules, but she was very friendly. The kittens are passionate and very quiet and loving. The parking lot is on the street, but there are spaces in front of the condominium. The condominium also has one of those self-service market trailers right in front of the block, very convenient.
