Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Fern Gully is a tranquil nature retreat for many to enjoy. The cabins overlook a beautiful lush creek. It is a very private property with no Wifi. The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.
