It is a private pension with a total size of 50 pyeong, a spacious living room, an indoor barbecue room, a 10-minute walk from the sea, and a 600-pyeong lot. Standard number of people 10 people (up to 20 people, can be booked after consultation). There is an additional fee of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. After you arrive, please. If you book for more than 2 consecutive nights, the additional charge for the number of people is only the first day. This is a private pension like a villa used by a team of one pension house (1st and 2nd floors). A total of 3 queen beds and double beds in each room. Mattress bedding is prepared in the attic-type ondol room with a two-story double-layer structure (air conditioning in each room). It is a single-family home where a large number of people can enjoy in one space, such as a family gathering workshop. Only one team is used. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white.
