Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). Each room has a queen and a double bed, a total of 3 beds. Mattress bedding is provided in the attic of the two-story loft structure. It is a private house where many people can enjoy in one space, such as a large flat road family gathering workshop. This is a sea floor pension of Hwangto earth house located 3 minutes away from Yangyang IC on Seoul. It is a traditional Korean-style house with a large courtyard with lawns and wood burning agung and ondol. 15 minutes to the entrance of Seoraksan, 10 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there are facilities for barbecue in the garden. Within 20 minutes, you can enjoy the mountains and river waters with five-colored hot springs and five-colored mountain excursions to Sole Beach and Naksan Beach. The lawn is spacious and in the summer, there is a kids pool in front of the terrace (July ~ August, heated pool). There are baby tableware and mobile smart TV. The moment I opened the front door and entered, I was surprised by the clean accommodation, and the moment I opened the curtains, I was surprised by the wonderful view. There was nothing lacking for a family of four to stay, and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc., and everything you needed during your stay was there. He checked in on us every day during our 3-night stay to see if there were any inconveniences. It was a bit out of the center of Gangneung, but it was less complicated and more relaxed, and Yeongjin Beach right in front of the house was pretty. Thanks to you, it was a perfect trip to Gangneung.

I was so satisfied and had a good time. The view was nice, and it was so nice to be able to walk to the nearby food and transportation, and the condition of the accommodation was clean and nice. Above all, the date and accommodation I originally booked were different, but I asked the manager, and I am so grateful that you changed it kindly and quickly. I am 100% willing to use it again.

3 adults stayed for 1 night. It was clean and nice enough to be a waste to stay for a day. The living room is also spacious, so I think it would be nice to have kids and families. And if you stay here I recommend the raw fish restaurant in Seolak Port 16-hoe-dong!! I had a really nice meal and had a nice stay. The location is perfect for having a drink and taking a taxi. I want to come again.

The space was spacious and pleasant, and the bathroom was very neat as if it had been remodeled. There are three rooms and a living room that's not too small, so I don't think it'll be stuffy even if more than four travelers stay. It was in a residential area, so it was very quiet, which was perfect for us traveling as a family, but I think it might not be the case for those who want a bustling travel atmosphere. It was very close to Goseong Beach, which the kids liked, and I was able to meet Cheongsolmo while running the Yeongrang Lake Dulle-gil, which is about 7km from the accommodation, as I enjoy running these days. Sokcho Jungang Market was about 10 minutes away by car, so I was able to go there comfortably. Each room decorated by theme was also impressive, but it was a bit of a shame that the two of us couldn't play the game because the stick of the 2P of the game console was broken or didn't move well. Thanks to the wonderful accommodation, we were able to have a great trip with a family of four for 2 nights and 3 days. Recommended.

I was very satisfied with this Sokcho trip. First of all, thank you to the host. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm so satisfied that I'm leaving one. The weather was nice, but the accommodation was so nice. The host was really kind and told me all the information in advance, so I was able to use it easily and simply. The accommodation was very clean, and the atmosphere that the host decorated was so nice. The beam projector was especially a kick. I used it well before bed. There was a lake right in front of the accommodation, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The walking course is so well done that I'm healing and going. Thank you.

I had a 13-month-old baby, and it was so nice that I didn't have to worry about falling because there was a mattress room. The house was spacious and there was nothing missing, so I felt really comfortable during my stay. Parking was possible regardless of check-in, so I was able to visit the complicated Sokcho Beach without worrying about parking. I highly recommend it because I was more satisfied than expected, from the location to the cleanliness!!!

I was really surprised by the cleanliness that was comparable to a hotel. The host was so kind and responded quickly, and the sea was close in front of the accommodation, and there were many food and entertainment nearby, so I had a good time.

This is my second visit. I came the last time and I liked the location, so I came again this time. It's a new building, so it's clean and the location is my favorite. There were plenty of bedding and a table to sleep on the floor, so it was nice to pack several food and eat it. The TV didn't have a live broadcast, but that was a bit of a shame. Overall, it was a great place to stay ~ ~

I booked two separate days and stayed. It was a trip that departed late in the evening, but I was grateful for the quick response and for adjusting the time. It was even better because I remembered staying here a few years ago. I'm vulnerable to noise, but it was quiet when I went. I think it's cleaner! I don't have a toothbrush and toothpaste these days, but they were equipped. It's not an ocean view, but Sokcho Beach is 1 minute away..!! Above all, the location is nice, and I don't think there's a place like this for the price. I want to visit again.

I stayed here while traveling with my family, and it was a really relaxing and enjoyable time! There were two rooms, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the bed was really fluffy and cozy, so it was so nice to sleep.! -,? I was really surprised that the bathroom was especially clean! It is cleaner than the pictures. The location of the accommodation was also perfect! There was a discount mart in front of the management room, so it was very convenient to buy simple snacks or drinks, and the food alley was close to the coastal road, so I was able to enjoy various restaurants easily. In the evening, with my family I went out for good food and was so happy! When I got back to the house after a long day of walking around, I really liked the quiet and cozy atmosphere. However, There is no free parking space. For those who come by car, we recommend parking around 5 o'clock in advance. And there are plenty of towels. It was provided, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

It was the same as the photos. The view was nice, it was quiet, and it was nice to walk to the beach. Thanks to you, I had a fun and comfortable rest.
