Miguel and his home were fantastic and match or exceed the description on the app, The pool in particular was amazing. Miguel provided more than the basic amenities on our arrival included basic ingredients for a quick pasta dinner, charcoal and firelighters for the BBQ and more. The house is relatively small for four people but perfect for a couple on holiday with a child or dog. I would also recommend having a car. While most things are within walking distance. On a little sidenote that would've been helpful to know for our trip. The Spars in Sa Rapita are great for top up shops, for most shops the BIP supermarket in Sa Rapita was great, but for bigger shops you will need to head into Campos.

Susan’s house is the perfect start to explore this beautiful island: next to the beach and some stunning bays, 30 minutes away from Palma and 1 hour to Tramuntana mountains. There is so much to see and do. Thanks for having us!

Amazing host and home!! We last minute had to book an Airbnb after our Vrbo overbooked and canceled on us. Francesca was more than accommodating for a flexible check in time. left us treats and gave us a lot of advice on what to do around the area and on the island. Beautiful home, great pool and lovely kitchen. No complaints!

Carlos welcomed us personally with a basket of fruits and drinks, showed us the house and explained every detail of it; in addition, Carlos gave us tips to get to know and take advantage of the region. The house and the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. Not only the order, decor, details and colors, but also the cleanliness. A very clean, comfortable, and spacious house, with many details to feel welcome and enjoy your stay. The whole family was very comfortable, there were six of us. Comfortable rooms, the pool is well maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped with touches such as condiments and olive oil. Carlos is an amazing person, very friendly and strives to make you feel comfortable! Carlos! Thank you very much for everything! It was the perfect choice for our vacation. We wanted to go to the beach, visit villages, go sailing and enjoy restaurants. We were able to do it all and we felt great at your house. Five stars are not enough.

Our second stay at this wonderful villa. Great location to explore the whole island, yet perfect to come back to when in need of pool and quite time. Lots of space, beautiful decor. Can't wait to come back again!

We were there as 4 and can only report positive things. Aleix was our host and was able to help us with all matters. He was always available and gave us tips for activities in and around Ses Covetes. Check-in could be brought forward at short notice and we were greeted with fresh, island-typical pastries. The house is small, but with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen (standard equipment available) and a living room, it is completely sufficient for 4 people. Outside, there are 2 different seating areas and a beautiful pool, which is often in the shade due to the trees on the property (not bad in midsummer). There is also a washing machine, which you can use. The free-range chickens and cats did not bother us at all, on the contrary. So we always had a little entertainment at breakfast in the outdoor area. All in all a great place to stay, we would definitely come back.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Mats’ villa. We had everything we needed and so much more. Where to start? The pool was just perfect - big enough for us all to swim together, it was crystal clear and clean and just the right temperature. The outdoor kitchen and dining area provided the perfect space for lovely sociable evenings. Inside was spotless, roomy and very comfortable. The local area was quiet and felt very safe. We hired a car so it was an easy transfer from the airport and then useful to do one big supermarket shop, plus beautiful local beaches were a short drive away. There were bikes to borrow which were great fun as the traffic was so light. We would definitely love to return.
