KUBO is a sustainable tiny house with panorama

The Kubo guest house is a dream! It is located in the middle of the vineyards and you can really relax. Everything you need is there and everything is in perfect condition. Communication with Katalin also worked out great. ✨ We were able to reach her at any time and received helpful tips and great ideas. We can recommend the Kubo House to everyone and would come back any time.

We had a great stay. Ábel was super friendly and welcoming. We got picked up from the train station back again when we were leaving. Even though it's not a long walk it was appreciated because of the hot weather and we carried suitcases along. Cabin met all of our needs. It was nice to come home from a hot day by the lake to the aircondition inside! In terms of activities there's stuff for everyone to do. We took the bikes to the ferry going to Tihany (charming little town), went to Zamardi Kalandpark (climbing park) 10 min walk from the cabin, ate at restaurant Paprika csárda 4 times and went to the lake for swimming and using the SUP board. If you want to have a relaxed holiday, but still want to have the possibility to explore, this is a place for you.

We had a peaceful and relaxing two-day stay at Balint’s place. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and well-kept, with flowers everywhere and several great restaurants within walking distance. The lake is also nearby, and it’s easy to reach on foot, by bus, or using the bikes that Balint kindly provides for free. It was the perfect escape from the noise and chaos of the city. We’d love to come back again! 😊

Anna is a very kind and helpful host. The place is clean, pleasant, and as described. The stove warmed the room, and we didn't get cold in the winter. The location is perfect for travelers, couples/smaller families, and solo visitors.

There are three buildings on the property, only the entrance to the plot is shared. The Stone House 2 is a one-room building with a bathroom and kitchenette. The bathroom has a Finnish sauna and a champagne tub. The house has its own garden connection. You can grill. In the basement, you can get rid of some calories on fitness machines. There's a slag tennis court at the end of the plot. The price includes the use of the sauna, champagne tub and fitness machines. We disinfect with an ozone generator before guests arrive! Excellent stay, the cabin is as beautiful as the pictures! Impeccable interior, everything was clean and there is the necessary equipment. The jacuzzi in the middle of the forest was really a delight! Only small disappointment: the view from the cabin. In the photos you really get the feeling of being in the middle of the forest, but obviously it depends on the cabin you end up with. Ours overlooked the bedroom on the side of another cabin, and the living room overlooked a fence (partly rather unsightly) and so we didn't quite have a "dream view" from the living room as the photos suggested. On the other hand, once in the jacuzzi the feeling of being in the forest was great. Balázs was a great host, very specific instructions, we were able to do everything ourselves because everything was explained, and the dialogue was very friendly. For a quiet relaxing romantic getaway, we recommend it!
