The Playhouse

Our maisonette is perfect for a cocooning stay. We live in the neighboring house with my partner and our little boy Oscar. We will be happy to host you and share this beautiful corner of nature with you. We remain available if needed, while letting you fully enjoy your independence and the tranquility of the place. Access to the maisonette can be difficult for people with reduced mobility, who are injured or have difficulty walking on a slope.

Quiet 26 m2 studio with mountain views, includes a living room (sofa bed), a separate bedroom (bed for 2 people), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, mountain corner (bunk beds) possibility for 6 people. It is located at the foot of the slopes in the family resort of Haute-Savoie, Sommand - Praz-de-Lys 1500 m altitude. Free shuttle to go to the resort center (ESF...). Supermarket and ski rentals nearby. Parking in front of the residence.

Studio with mountain corner

Charming furnished studio of 18.80 m2 on the elevated ground floor of a condominium located on the estate of the Praz de Lys Sommand resort, ESPACEDESLYS ski area. It consists of an entrance, a mountain corner with bunk beds, a living room kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet and a balcony overlooking the surrounding forest. You can enjoy the ski locker and a free parking space to park at the foot of the residence.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
