We loved our weekend getaway at Penny’s townhouse! The en suite bedroom had a cozy, airy feel thanks to the skylight and windows with privacy shades—offering excellent natural light while maintaining comfort. Nestled up on a moraine above Center Street, the townhouse was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely treehouse vibe that made it feel like we were above it all. Access to the third-floor room was simple and easy. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the convenience of a dorm-size refrigerator and tea kettle in the room, along with access to the kitchen for breakfast. Penny was communicative and responsive, though everything was so thoughtfully organized that we didn’t need much. Thank you, Penny, for a beautiful and relaxing stay!

We felt at home here. The location was great with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Michele was so helpful and answered any questions we had.

Overall the location was as advertised and up to expectation! With several floors there was plenty of room for all of the guests to sleep and a large living room/kitchen to hang out. The T station was close so even with spotty weather we were able to get everywhere with ease. Would highly recommend!

Howard was the perfect host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time since we flew into Boston early in the morning. You'll be minutes away from all the North End has to offer (which is a lot!) and about 10 minute from public transportation. Back Bay and Beacon Hill are also reasonable walking distances away if you enjoy traveling on foot. The massage chair was a game changer after a long day exploring the city. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house for a family. Each floor has its own space— a bedroom and bathroom. They even left Boston Red Sox hats for us! It was perfect for Boston marathon weekend and would visit again. My niece and nephew (ages 4 and 5) loved the twin bed room!

Fabulous place. Clean, quiet, stylish, and well set-up. Awesome gas stove, new washer and dryer for your own use in your own basement, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, all makes for nice division of space. Great location: around the corner from a supermarket, two blocks from a bus stop to go to Harvard yard in less than 10 minutes. Johnny has all the details covered and provides an easy to use orientation sheet with all pertinent info: wifi set-up, recycling, etc. Leave your iron at home--the place has a great one.

Looks better than the photos. Very strict on noise levels. No celebrations are allowed at all. Even asked to not play board games as they can lead to increased noise levels. Otherwise home is great, clean and spacious.

Camille’s place was perfect for a group of myself and three friends as a base to explore boston and further afield. The house was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighbourhood but had good access to the red line to get into boston. Theres also a small number of nice coffee and drink /food spots just down the road which suited us perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for and would recommend for anyone who doesn t mind not staying in downtown. Thanks

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s place in JP. Appreciated the thoughtful amenities that Cindy provided. The only item that we couldn’t seem to locate was half & half or some sort of creamer for coffee. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-stocked. Off-street parking was also very convenient.

Stayed at Sonnys place for a concert at Gillette with a bunch of friends. 15 mins down rt 1. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Great place with a larger group for any event in the area. Thanks again!

Great location in Marblehead for our family of 4 Adults. Easy walk to store and coffee and restaurants. Lots of space for us to be.

Great space, great communicative host, and a perfect spot from downtown. The host accommodated for our toddlers with extra toys, pack and play and a high chair. Everything we needed was available and the space was perfect for all 6 adults comfortably. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Boston area! We stayed at Anda's place for our daughter's graduation. We did not spend much time there as we were busy with activities but overall it was a great experience and stay. We managed to find parking on the street both nights and the parking pass was a great touch! The place was very clean, totally updated and the shower was incredible! We would definitely recommend staying here.

The Wakefield home was great! it was just like the pictures. The host did a good job in responding and in maintaining the home; they provided all the amenities a person or a family might need. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will consider renting again if I ever need to.
