Second time extending my stay, review is same as the first, fantastic service and the flat is beautiful!

What an ABSOLUTE pleasure it has been staying here for 8 days. Sandra is an absolute gem that responds with anything you request or any questions you may have and tries to assist you as best she can. I travel all over South Africa for business and have stayed in a few up-market hotels where service is sub-standard and the only way you get anything is by opening your wallet. As an example, there was an issue with the iron. The next day when I returned there was a brand-new iron…. With a very expensive trip to Zambia including the Copper belt visiting the mines and all the internal flights, I was in search of an affordable self-catering unit in Solwezi to be my base and it worked out perfectly. Only a 10-minute drive to Kansanshi mine. Sandra also allowed for me to keep all my luggage her while I travel to Kitwe for one night and then back again. As I was here for the weekend there isn’t much to find on google search in terms of “tourism” but on asking her she had made cont

I had a truly wonderful stay at Melissa’s Airbnb!! Melissa and her onsite staff made the experience exceptional, always helpful and attentive. The full-service laundry was a major plus; having my clothes steam-pressed between meetings was above and beyond. The entertainment and internet services were fast and reliable. The property isn’t affected by load shedding, so power was uninterrupted throughout. The space is thoughtfully curated, from the fully functional kitchen with high-end appliances to the crisp down bedding that made for restful nights. It was spotless, with immaculate interiors and a beautifully maintained garden that reflected real care and attention to detail. Overall, a seamless and relaxing stay. Melissa is a gracious host who responds quickly to ensure everything runs smoothly. The onsite staff were incredibly professional and attentive, and always ready to help. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again!
