Host nya sangat cooperative dan informatif. Awal booked mendadak cancel H-1 padahal itu di peek season dan stelah konfirm host dengan baik hatinya request kami untuk di reschedule di accept 🥹 Untuk lokasi villa sangat strategis, ke alun-alun dan tempat pariwisata sangat dekat, cari makanan mudah. Amaze dengan bangunannya, bener2 setiap space berfungsi dengan baik, semua tempat bersih, ameneties lengkap, disediakan air minum, makanan, buah yang cukup. Perlengkapan BBQ dan jacuzzi lengkap juga, bawa anak-anak juga seneng karna disediakan uno, free netflix juga. Pokoknya ini sangat worth it ditengah harga hotel di Kota Batu yang sangat mahal-mahal.

The villa is new, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities and kitchen appliances - even air fryer is provided. Superb location, great view of the mountain, even walkable from several attractions. We had amazing family staycation, our son loves the pool and taking a walk in the neighbourhood. Thank you for the amazing place and great hospitality :)

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.
