Here you have a fantastic view of the lake and idyllic surroundings in the small Småland village of Solnebo. In short walking distance there is a very child-friendly swimming area. Perfect starting point to explore Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby and the surrounding area. Warm welcome!

Cottage Uddebo, private beach and garden

Uddebo is located right by Rosjön and only 10 km north of the beautiful wooden town of Eksjö. The house is located on a headland out on the lake and has a unique lake location with lake views from all parts of the house. From the living room and bedroom, you will exit onto a wooden deck with stairs down to the garden and the jetty. It is a scenic and undisturbed location with houses nearby but not right next door. The proximity to Highway 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but for the vast majority it is not perceived as disturbing.

Stjärnviksflotten

Welcome to a unique accommodation in a peaceful environment with lake views just outside Växjö. Stay on the raft a stone's throw out in the shallow Tävelsåssjön. Nice both summer and winter. Enjoy the sunset over the lake. Open the doors to the water as soon as you wake up. Why not both an evening and morning swim after the sauna? Options such as pizza, breakfast, sauna, pool, Jacuzzi are available on request. If you wish to order Neapolitan pizza directly from the pizza oven, we ask you to state this a few days before arrival.

Grankvistgården (Farmhouse)

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the center of Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but privately and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a smaller child as there is a crib. Alternatively, 4 adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. The guest cleans up before check-out.

Cabin Basebo at the Countryside!

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Next to Lake Gissen outside Vimmerby is this newly built villa. By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

During your stay, you can charge your car on site for a fee.

Welcome to Frödingelugnet – accommodation on a living farm.
