The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Welcome to our charming farm just outside Vimmerby in the heart of Småland! Here you live in a detached and pleasant accommodation, surrounded by pastures with horses and sheep. The farm is alive and close to nature - a place for you who want to get away from the city's pace without sacrificing convenience. The farm is part of a small village community with a few neighbors nearby, but there is still a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful nature right outside the door. Stay in the middle of the woods by a lake but only 13 kilometers (3 km gravel road) from Vimmerby. In the large cottage, there is a refrigerator, LPG stove and fresh water in a container (not running water) but there is lake water in the faucet at the outdoor kitchen. The small cottage has an indoor toilet and fresh water in containers. The electricity is powered by a battery bank and solar cells. Outdoor sauna and boat available.
