Rent a private room in our guest house just outside central Stockholm. It has its own entrance, a fold out double bed (160 cm wide), a small bathroom with a shower, a desk, Wi-Fi and a nice view towards the lakeside promenade of Karlbergs strand. The room has no kitchen. But it has a coffee machine, water boiler, and tiny 4 liter fridge for milk, 33cl cans, etc. We provide coffee and tea. Parking in our driveway for an extra 100 SEK per night. Access to private dock for swimming in summer

You will share the kitchen with ONE other guest. The kitchen has a micro, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob and a bar table with two bar stools. Outside the entrance there is a large patio that only for the two guests. If you are traveling with a friend, you can rent the whole apartment and have two separate rooms.

The home is simple but charming with all the essentials. The property is because of its placement not suitable for mobility impaired or elderly people with difficulty moving around. New for 2026 - the location of the cottage has been slightly changed for better accessibility and views! A new (extra) terrace has been added with a proper staircase all the way up to the cabin.
