You can love this apartment for two things: 1 - The LOCATION is amazing. We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs) and you can walk or get easy transport everywhere around town from our place. You can reach Three Crosses Square, Royal Castle, Krakowskie Przedmiescie, Nowy Swiat, Park Lazienki, Palace of Culture and Science. 2 - Our apartment has a lot of character. It's built in 1915 and feels SPACIOUS and TIDY, the ceilings are very high (3,2 m) and it has a lot of natural light because of large window. The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Warsaw and Poster Art of Polish School. Constructed in 1915, this apartment is located at the heart of Warsaw. It has recently been renovated and refurnished to accommodate as much as maximum 4 GUESTS. The minute you'll walk in, you'll fall in love with this TIDY APARTMENT featuring old Warsaw architectural style with 3,2 meters CEILINGS, Large WINDOW, DESIGNER LAMPS, MODERN KITCHEN and CLEAN/WHITE BATHROOM with beautifully designed mixers and faucets for showers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would find in a LUXURY HOUSE, such as NEW POTS AND PANS, COFFEE MACHINE and CAFETERIA, MICROWAVE, BASIC COOKING KIT, and other things essential for short and long term stay. The NEW DELUXE QUEEN SIZE BED is equipped with new bed sheets and COTTON-SATEEN COVERS. The APARTMENT has also DESIGNER SOFA that can fit an extra 1-2 people (140x200cm). It makes space feel comfortable. The property is located at the center of the city in a quiet neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, there are many activities, historical sites, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and grocery stores. A two minutes’ walk from the apartment, you'll find the TRAM/BUS STATION and VETURILO BIKE SYSTEM, which can take you anywhere in the city for several EURO per two hours. We live in a quiet area and we are looking for respectful Guests who will treat our home and neighbourhood as their home.

The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses), washing machine, ironing board, iron and TV-set.

Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

Die Wohnung von Tola liegt wirklich super zentral. Sowohl Altstadt als auch Parks und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Terrasse aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist sie sicherlich das Highlight der Wohnung. Tola war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr engagiert uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter, auch ein Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind ist hier möglich.

My time spent in this flat was very relaxing. It felt just like home. It seemed as though the host went out her way to allow everything to be used in the flat. The place and it's amenities gave the impression that the owner left the place as she uses it. This experience is what I'll always remember... My highest recommendation for this flat. Lastly, it was super clean and had a personal library too...very cultured.

We had a wonderful stay at Damian’s place! The apartment was spotlessly clean and located in an excellent neighborhood. It was definitely a great choice, and I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Warsaw. The Old Town is about a 35-minute walk away, but the walk is very pleasant and scenic. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator — it was totally fine for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if someone has mobility issues. Overall, everything was perfect. A big thank you to Damian for allowing us a late check-out — it made a huge difference on our last day, as we didn’t have to carry our luggage around before our afternoon flight. It really helped make our final day much more enjoyable. Thank you again!

My first experience on Airbnb was 5 stars, thanks to Karma and her house. Karma is a jovial, friendly, direct person and willing to help you with what you need to manage in a new place. Her house looks exactly like in the photo, but without the photo being able to highlight the warmth and intimacy of the home. Located in a central area (5 min by tram or 20 min walk to the center of the city), in a very quiet and chic area with restaurants for all tastes, markets or supermarkets (Auchan, Biedronka), it offers you many and different possibilities to spend your stay. Thank you Karma for the hospitality and the house.

Lovely house !!! We enjoyed our stay a lot in Tatiana and Hany's place, firstly we are thankful to them to make our stay easy, they were very responsive answering our questions on time. The house is very cozy and artistic, beautifully decorated with plants and arts, the bed and shower were comfortable. Generally, the house was clean and fully equipped. We definitely recommend this place. We were with car, free parking spot in the building made it easier for us. Thank you once again.

Very spacious two bedrooms and living room. Only two flights of stairs and there are three elevators in the building too. Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable, and the blinds and curtains are relatively poor. Plenty of amenities provided, including a washing machine, stocked kitchen, electric kettle, and ironing board. Location is great - no more than 10 min walk to the very lively street, Nowy Swiat. Only one pair of keys was annoying tho.

Brand New! Private Jacuzzi + Terrace + Parking

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is bright, spotless, and feels like a private retreat. The sofa was great, big smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home, but the real showstopper is the huge private terrace. It was pure relaxation with a heated jacuzzi ready 24/7, sitting under the stars was unreal. The queen bed was insanely comfortable, the vibe calm and peaceful. Free underground parking with elevator access straight to the door made it even easier. The café and bakery downstairs were perfect for slow mornings. The host was amazing - super responsive with great local food tips. Honestly feels like they’re undercharging at €160 a night for what you get. Pure comfort, total privacy, and real luxury in Warsaw. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Warsaw. Thanks again!

A hidden gem in the heart of Old Town. Very home-y, convenient and easy to reach. Piotr is a great host: communicative, responsive and very kind.
