It was super lovely staying at this amazing Villa, my friends and I had the best time. Villa was super clean, well decorated and comfortable. Lesley was very hospitable, supportive and responsive, our stay was lovely. I’d definitely recommend this place and would go again the next time I’m in Zanzibar.

It was a wonderful stay in Zanzibar. The house was big, comfortable, and clean. It is located on the main road of Paje, so everything is very close, especially the beach. Hiba was amazing—very helpful, and we truly loved her. The house has all the amenities one might need. We specifically stayed for over 20 days and never regretted it for a moment. I highly recommend it. When we visit the island again, we will definitely stay here.

Greg and Grace provided great support in advance. Greg was even so sweet and changed €100 for me so we didn't have to change money at the airport for an unfair course and were therefore taken care of for the first few days. We landed in Zanzibar in the middle of the night, the taxi organized by Greg picked us up at the airport and Grace was so kind to meet us in the morning. Both were always available via Whats App and gave us really very good tips on good restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself, the terrace with a hot tub and the illuminated pool area overlooking the sea, can be used almost 24/7. From the bedroom you have an incredible view of the sea and can really watch the most beautiful sunrises in the morning after waking up. On request you can have breakfast prepared, you can just make out the time and say what you want. So it was great too! We had a good time :)

Dolphin House is a truly unique place and experience. The position directly on the beach is priceless - I could never get sick of the view! There's a good balance of home comforts and the privacy of the house with still feeling connected with the outside, the community and just generally being in Zanzibar. We spent all of our time in the outside space - rotating between the sofas, the loungers on the beach, the table and the pool. It's incredibly well thought out and comfy! Rudy and his local team were always on hand. The chefs, in particular, are exceptional - while you are handy for plenty of restaurants and bars, we enjoyed every breakfast and most of our dinners at the villa. When you have the best spot on the beach, there was very little reason to leave!

Great communication with host, beautiful home close to a lot of restaurants, to the beach and friendly neighbourhood. House has a lovely view and was cosy me and the other girls defo recommend and enjoyed

This beach house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding and offers beautiful views of the sea. It was a great experience to be able to observe the tides so intensively. Very relaxing. The host was always easily accessible and very helpful. He also gave a lot of helpful tips. The only downside for me was the power outages and that I could not reliably work online and schedule appointments. However, the accommodation also invites you to take a vacation, read and relax. Definitely a clear recommendation and a particularly nice place to stay in Jambiani.

We discovered our Eden, where the reality of the place exceeds the listing description. A beautiful discovery with a perfect balance between the modernity of the amenities, the design and the perfect harmony of the place with its natural environment (tropical fauna and flora) around the theme of eco-responsibility. The view from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking and transports us to a waking dream. As for the hosts, Karl and Salha, it's hard to do better. Always attentive, trying to find solutions to make our stay easier and what responsiveness. Perfect communication and additional services offered to further improve the experience (driver, local guide, cook, home massage, car rental brought directly to the accommodation...). In short, the best compromise between the services of a palace and the tranquility in the well-being of a private rental. We didn't want to leave, little paradise

🏡 We had a great stay at the apartment, the bed was nice and comfortable and the shower was spacious with a relaxing rainshower. The apartment was nice and clean. 🗺️ The location of james' apartment was amazing, it's less than 2 min walk to the beach. You also pass by a cosy coffee place called Flow, I recommend you check it out. 💖 I want to give a special thanks to Amina, she was our main point of contact for any of our (many) questions. She responded very fast and was super friendly, overall easy to communicate with. I asked her about the "laundry nearby" as mentioned on the listing and she came and picked up our laundry and dropped it off after it was cleaned. It was very convenient. ⚡ There's an electricity problem in Paje, so from time to time the electricity would be off. Amina communicated this to us at our arrival. Throughout our stay she kept us in the loop on these power outages, which was very helpfull. Luckily this wasn't a big inconvenience for us. Asante sana!
