The house is spectacular, clean, organized, cozy, the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, as well as clean, inside the house waste is disposed of, which helps the environment, it is completely comfortable and the attention of both the host and the lady was spectacular, they respond quickly, they are very cordial and respectful. What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️

I stayed overnight and was sorry i didnt have more time - but plan to return! The building is new, nicely appointed inside, and more than i expected. Inside the unit had a nice sitting area, a complete kitchen, a large comfy bed, and attached bathroom and shower. All nicely decorated and homey which I like. The staff downstairs were super friendly amd got me oriented for the thermal pools 10 minutes away. Andrea was very responsive and attentive, and even met me when I arrived to greet me. We stayed at the apartment in Paipa for two nights. It's a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The space is small and I think it's just right for up to 3 people. It has a garage with vehicle elevator access. On the building's terrace, there is a small swimming pool with a sauna (extra price but reduced) and an exercise and play area. The building is within walking distance of the lake, we got around well with a vehicle so I don't know what it's like by public transport. We appreciate that the nightly rate is very competitive compared to other apartments in the same building.

Clean, cozy and organized accommodation, easy to locate, very nice and quiet environment, ideal to disconnect from the noise and chaos of the city, close to restaurants, the host was always very attentive to everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Loved it, great place to be in the family, very quiet to rest, walk, for sure. It has all amenities, very clean, warm blankets for cold nights. Perfect location, close to the main lighting in Boyacá.
