Clean, comfortable and cosy sleepingroom with bathroom, close to Utrecht and Amsterdam. You can use the little gardenhouse and a wonderful veranda in a cute garden. Be aware: the photo shows the veranda outside. In summertime this is the best place in town. :-) At walking distance from the station, in a quiet street you will find a small studio for up to 2 people using the lovely garden. Under the veranda you have a place to have breakfast in the sun.

We stayed with Esther and Bart for an extended weekend and were absolutely thrilled! Upon arrival, we felt super comfortable right away – the apartment is cozy, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location was fantastic – very quiet and in a beautiful residential area, perfect for switching off and feeling good. At the same time, everything is easily accessible, which made the stay particularly pleasant. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and totally uncomplicated. Communication with the two was also consistently pleasant and very warm and straightforward. The hospitality was really great. We felt welcome from the beginning, and overall it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We'd love to come back and highly recommend Esther and Bart's place.

This was our first experience with AirBnB. The owners were really friendly and thoughtful. When we arrived we were welcomed into a very beautiful and clean place. It was a peaceful neighborhood and full of nature too. It didn't take us long to find the local mall and the train station that takes you to Amsterdam. This place is exactly like on the photos and we are very happy with our visit here. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a whole house to ourselves with fantastic views. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Ilse was on site in person for any questions. We were pleasantly surprised at breakfast. A very, very nice gesture! It is a wonderful place for bike tours. It is an ideal place to stay longer! I'd love to come back😁
